Front desk staff are super professional and helpful, particularly Ms Wu and Mr Wang, very efficient service even in the middle of the night, when ceiling has water dripping.  Very comfortable seating area in lobby with 24 hours coffee, tea and hot water.  There’s no heating, the room can get quite cold near ***** new year time.  Very close to 六合夜市 night market and Formosa subway station. Good value for the money paid.

It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed. 2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.

Il servizio offerto da questo hotel è davvero eccezionale, poiché ogni dettaglio concettuale è stato accuratamente ascoltato, garantendo per me un massimo di comfort e rilassamento. Inoltre, la qualità del servizio è incomparabile; i membri del personale sono eccezionalmente cortesi e professionali. L'ambiente dell'hotel è improvvisamente pulito, mi offre un profondo senso di sicurezza e pace. Lo consiglio molto!

I like breakfast it has a wide variety of choices.The rooms are small but comfortable.I just hope they still put a tooth brush and toothpaste for free. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is perfect for going around and easy access to the train station and Uber. The Rent Car is also just beside the hotel. Near Mc Donald's, KFC and 7-11. Thanks.Airline Inn.

All is good about the hotel, location wise and cleanliness etc. Only one thing to note is that the carpark entrance is very narrow ! It is a one way entrance in and out, so guest with their own cars ought to watch out for the narrow drive pathway and the claustrophobic parking spaces

La doccia era russa e ho usato un filtro di doccia che ho preso solo in caso. Ci sono mosquiti nella stanza e nel bagno, quindi hai bisogno di mosquito ribelle. Non ci sono molti colazioni e il gusto non è così buono. In generale, sembra essere un alloggio economico per dormire.

my second stay in this hotel, good location nrar the tourist attractions Pier 2 , Love river and Kaohsiung harbour etc., also 500m walk from the nearest metro bars and restaurants all within walking distance. this time i arrived early(abt 10.30am) with the typhoon and rain outside, the guy in front desk kindly enough to let me in the room. also good to mention is the interior of the place is nice , will stay if i visit Kaohsiung again

La posizione è eccellente, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Il personale è amichevole e il check-out è molto conveniente. La stanza è pulita e abbastanza grande. Tuttavia, il mini frigo è molto rumoroso e disturbato il nostro sonno. La prova del suono può essere migliorata anche, come possiamo ascoltare chiaramente le persone camminando e parlando in sala.
