CCL999Molto raccomandato. Niente di scarsa eccellenza. Check-in era senza pezzi e ci è stato dato un complimento. La stanza era molto spaziosa, pulita e estremamente comoda. Il colazione aveva una sufficiente diffusione e era molto delizioso. C'era una lavanderia con detergente gratuito. La zona del caffè era grande con snacks gratis, un grande luogo per andare fuori e chattare. Uno dei migliori hotel che abbiamo mai soggiornato a un prezzo molto conveniente. Ci siamo davvero goditi l'esperienza.

Location-wise, it’s amazing! Many of the famous restaurants on our “to-go” list were within a 10-minute walking distance, and the subway station was just a quick 3-minute walk away. Super convenient!
We arrived around 9 PM, and check-in was smooth and efficient. They even prepared a thoughtful birthday gift, which showed their kindness and attention to detail.
The room was spacious and perfect, with an air conditioner that was delightfully cold—making every night so comfortable for sleeping. The hotel is connected to a car park in the same building, which was really convenient. On every floor, there’s a drinking water machine offering cold, room-temperature, and hot water options—such a nice touch. There’s also a gym room on the same floor as the breakfast restaurant, which is great if you want to stay active during your stay.
One thing to note is that check-out time is a strict 11 AM. We asked if we could extend it to 12 PM to better align with our flight time, but were politely declined unless we paid an extra 500 TWD. While it would have been nice, it’s totally understandable as it’s their policy.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

AAlb33This is the last day of the trip in Taiwan, we chose the Airline Inn which is located across the train station. The location is superb! The way to the night markets are kind of straightforward from the hotel, you just need to turn right and follow the main road.
The room is really small without a window, but as expected. In terms of price, it’s worth it especially for a night only.

LlickitIl personale dell'hotel è gentile, l'atteggiamento di servizio 👍 le strutture sono intimide, c'è una macchina da caffè e una macchina da bere gratuita, 13/F24 ore aperte, può portare il cibo all'ospite locale. L'hotel è pulito e conveniente per il traffico. Vicino a molte negozi convenienti e vecchi negozi di supermercato, come barbecue, riso di carne, uova, camminare solo in cinque minuti, La stazione di metropolitana di Golden Metro dove andare a piedi richiede solo due minuti per il mercato notturno di Sei Heng. UUtente ospiteWe stayed for 2 nights in a Super Deluxe Room. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed, and has a good-sized bathroom. Plenty of work space. It is well located next to the main train station with easy links to the HSR and city centre. The area is undergoing some much needed improvements so will have a nicer outlook when it is all done.
Breakfast was OK, a bit minimal for a Western palate but good enough. I would have liked to have more choice of eggs (boiled, cold only), a wider choice of fruit, and maybe a croissant or other pastry. The coffee was good though.
The hotel falls short on some small details, cutting corners to save money. For example, they provide a kettle but then give a paltry choice of two different teabags and one coffee sachet (and no spoon), which is not good if you are 2 people in the room.
There is hardly any hanging space for clothes, no drawers/shelving. The hand towels are very small, and the hair dryer was a very cheap and ineffective model. There was no hand soap in the bathroom - only body wash and hair shampoo/rinse in the shower unit - not easily reachable to where you washed hands. There were no hooks in the bathroom.
One more annoying issue is that you have to log in to the wifi connection every time you come back to the room - it does not reconnect automatically and both the name and password are complex ones.
Overall, a reasonable stay for 2 nights but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Bbrights delightWe had a great time at the Riverside Hotel! Even though we got there late, the staff was really nice and helped us check in quickly, so we could get some sleep before leaving early the next morning. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service that took us to and from the airport. It made our trip so much easier and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
