Excellent location of the hotel middle of market area. Got great view from roof for sunrise. Wifi is good and room are clean. Switches and taps to be checked for leak or loose point. Overall a great stay experience

The accommodation was decent, but there were a few issues. There’s no on-site restaurant, and no provisions were available for the room, even from outside. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the staff. Check-out time was 11:00 AM, and at 11:02 AM, someone knocked on my door and insisted that I check out immediately. I informed them I would leave in 15 minutes, yet at 11:05 AM, I received a call via the intercom. This felt very uncomfortable and put me in an awkward situation

Brilliant location & fabulous view from our seaview room. Stayed two nights. Food at the seaview restaurant was tasty and authentic ( the bindi fry was beyond this world. Just walking distance to important landmarks and views. The sunset point was an unexpected bonus, though just a kilometre away. The bathroom was basic, but the view makes up for it! would welcome another stay at the room with the view!

Pros:
1. The hotel is at a prime location. The view from the room was stunning. I could see the vivekanand rock memorial from my room. I could witness the sunrise from my room. 2. They do have an offsite parking location
3. Staff was helpful
4. I had an extra member (child. A mattress at additional charge was provided cons:
1. It was sea view room and had huge glass windows that overlooked the sea, but guess what? the glass windows were not kept cleaned. Lot of dust and bird droppings on the outside interfered with the beautiful view
3. Hotel was not prompt in housekeeping. They did skip room cleaning even when i had informed them and had left the room keys with the reception
4. I had to ask specifically for changing the bed sheets and towels. Toiletries were not provided unless specifically asked for. 5. There were a lot of small ants in the room. If you keep any food items, then the ants are sure to raid it. 6. Do not expect any room service or very slow service, as they do not have an inhouse restaurant and depend on supply from outside
7. There was space in the cupboard to hang clothes, but no cloth hangers were provided, not sure if i had to specifically ask for it. So it was a useless piece

The usp of the hotel is its location and view of the ocean from the room. The classic room with sea view is the best option. All attractions are within walking distance and staff is very helpful, however they don't take the initiative. The service is just satisfactory and so is the cleanliness. The restaurant has limited options and one should not get overawed by the menu displayed. The food is palatable and can be improved. Complimentary breakfast is also limited to south indian vegetarian food. The available items are not displayed, hence guests had no way of knowing that eggs to order was available. Good food options in kanyakumari is very limited, as the restaurants are trying to serve north indian cuisine, but failing to meet the taste. Its difficult to even get authentic south indian food now. Communicating with the staff is an issue due to limited language proficiency. There are comparable hotels in the vicinity but this seems to be better. An enjoyable stay in kanyakumari.

The location is good in the sense most of the places of interest can be covered by walk. Front office people are cordial and helpful. The room is by and large clean but is small, walls peeling of due to moisture seepage. Bath room is also small no towel rod, Toileteries had to be asked for to be provided. No coffee/tea Kit or available from restaurent.

Ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale in questo hotel e sono stato profondamente impressionato dal livello di servizio fornito. Il personale era incredibilmente professionale, attento, e andò oltre e oltre per assicurare che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte. Da check-in all'out, ogni interazione era piacevole ed efficiente. La pulizia dell'intera proprietà era eccellente. La mia stanza era senza spot, e era chiaro che l'igiene e l'igiene sono una priorità assoluta in questo caso.
Per quanto riguarda le strutture, tutto ciò che è stato promesso è stato consegnato. Nota WiFi non è fornito nella stanza ma solo sul pavimento, poiché il router è vicino alla scala complessiva, consiglio molto questo hotel per chiunque cerca un soggiorno che combina il budget, la pulizia, e il servizio di top-notch come ho fatto il check-in precoce. A bit upset as this is the first time ever we had experienced this. Wish they had little more training to handle the customers. From checkin to breakfast full confusions. The hotel is ok, well placed and the rooms are satisfactory. Over all good except for some short comings.

However, we were informed the restaurant will be open at 7:30am for breakfast but it was not operational even at 8:15am due to which we had to look for other options outside. The mattress was too soft which was not quite comfortable. Rest all good
