Si trova sulla strada principale, molto vicino alla spiaggia a poco 800 metri. La stazione ferroviaria è anche vicino. Hanno buone camere di mare. Hanno anche una terrazza da dove si può vedere il sollevamento del sole. Le camere sono spaziose pulite e pulite. Il servizio era anche molto buono.Il mio soggiorno era comodo e mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo.

Ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale in questo hotel e sono stato profondamente impressionato dal livello di servizio fornito. I had selected a sea view room, the best location, room was clean and well maintained. Staffs are very helpful and provided service understanding our requirements. Very helpful for seniors like us. We were welcomed with a fruit bowl as a compliment. Food was average and there were many choices in and around the hotel. People with the interest of visiting temples try to visit suseendram temple 14 km from kanyakumari, a must visit place.

I was apprehensive, reading some of the other reviews. But i am glad to say that my experience was exceptional. Location is unique, with easy car accessibility and near the beach road. Lobby, dining area, lift, stairwell and room were very clean and immaculate. Towels, ac, bathroom accessories all were provided. Comfortable spring beds and fresh linen. Wifi worked without a hitch. I had breakfast, evening tea and dinner at the hotel, and i was pleased to see that all were cooked well. Even the sandwich i ordered was fresh. Of course, the view of bay of bengal from the rooms is great. It was overcast during my stay, but if you are lucky you can view the sunrise from the room itself! overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and i would recommend to all.

Property right near the sea, very close to the temple and boat boarding point. My room was 504 with view to the Vivekananda and Thiruvalluvar rocks. Rooms are clean and large with clean bathroom. Sufficient parking opposite to the hotel. No restaurant in the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a value for money stay.

Positive points - very very close to kanyakumari temple, good location for shopping, sun rise point is close, very near to shipping point for vivekananda rock memorial. Negative points - one of the room (205) was smelling. No hot water after 7. 00 am. Need better room management. Only one bed sheet & towel is give as std. Need to ask if more required.

WWander57605557187There's an old expression: 'The cheapest is not always the best”. Well the Ramraj Residency in Nagercoil just happens to be possibly the cheapest hotel in its class, AND the best. Situated up a quiet lane this very elegant hotel will definitely surprise you. 24 excellently appointed spacious a/c rooms have all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. Wifi, toiletries, towels, high quality bedding, hair-dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, a TV, telephone, tables, chairs, wardrobe, plenty of plugs, a safe, even a USB outlet! And on top of all this, a free buffet breakfast. The 4th floor multi-cuisine a/c restaurant has good food at very reasonable prices. The staff of the hotel from room boy to receptionist to manager are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's plenty of parking space for the Indian visitors and their vehicles. The upkeep and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms is clear to see. Nothing is broken, cracked, missing or out of order.....unlike several hotels in India. A definite 5-star feeling for a budget price. Enjoy your sojourn at the tip of India.

The rooms are OK, there is sometimes warm water in the showers, and there is a good basic breakfast with idlis, puris etc.; beds are comfortable but the sheets are old and greying. But several of the amenities advertised are not in fact offered: there is no shuttle from the airport (with or without extra charge); there is no laundry service; there is no housekeeping service; there is no gym; there is no restaurant (except for breakfast); rooms are certainly not soundproofed! So be really wary of what is advertised everywhere online. They do not respond to queries online, so don’t try. Phone enquiries will get a brusque response.

UUtente ospiteI have stayed in this place more than 3-4 times in the past 5 years. It used to be a good place to stay and used to offer decent breakfast too. This time, I found the room in worst shape possible, cockroaches inside the room and corridor, dirty bed covers and towels etc. etc. They also stopped offering breakfast. There is almost no housekeeping in this hotel now. Please avoid this hotel until they renovate and improve housekeeping. Its in a great location but not worth staying for that reason alone.
