"I was accompanied by three elderly ladies on this short trip of two days. We drove from Trivandrum. The location of the resort is the best part. Next to the Vivekananda Ashram. And rooms were decent and clean. The helping staff (Selvam) were very courteous. The restaurant is not functional, but the Ashram next door has good food. Overall it was a good stay."

The bed linen were clean. However, we found some small cockroaches. No cupboard or hot wetter kettle in the room food- did not try. cannot comment. check-in & out - fast. overall a good place. good value for money and very convenient with a lot of parking space."

Hotels can improve by providing coffee making machines and some tea bags. They should provide dental kit mandatorily without specific asking. "Hotel location is excellent. Nice hotel, good cleanliness. Food quality is good. Hotel manager is also very cooperative but receptionist need to be more customer oriented and supportive. Some improvement required in services otherwise overall it is nice hotel to stay."
