Hotel Holiday Inn Express a Kansas City

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel ci ha davvero piaceto. Il servizio era eccellente e le strutture erano belle. Abbiamo condiviso un pasto al colazione e era molto bello.

Check in was easy. When we arrived to our room it had a strong air freshener smell and the temperature was warm. We went to turn on the tv and the hdmi and cord for the tv were missing. I called the front desk and they came up immediately and fixed the tv. He informed me that they had just deep cleaned and painted the room. Once the tv cords were found I took off my shoes. I noticed the floor was wet. I assumed when they deep cleaned they shampooed the carpets. Didn’t sleep very well because the people upstairs sounded like they were wrestling or bouncing balls. Called the front desk again to inform them of the noise and they took care of it. It did take all night for the room to cool down and the air kept shutting on and off. It wasn’t an awful stat but could have been better. Oh and the breakfast wasn’t very goood.
