The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious with great amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

the property is very badly managed and hygiene was very poor. linen was very dirty. staff was very un-cooprative and not even willing to answer any queries. Very bad property....staff hv very bad behaviour, not ready to reply any queries. Linen was dirty, even have chutney marks. Location too is very bad and hard to find by Google maps.
Very disappointed.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kanpur Railway Station and in the heart of the city. The staff was very well-behaved and courteous. The room rent was completely justified for the quality of the stay. We also had dinner at the hotel, which tasted just like homemade food.

Staff behaviour is not good. Charged extra for the early check-in and given a below standard room. There should be 24 hrs check-in and check-out.

We checked in by 4.30 am due to travel delays. We had called earlier and the team was very friendly and flexible. The front office person was awake at 4.30 and made the checkin quick, easy and hassle free. The support staff were friendly and good.
The best part was the food - exceptionally good food, hot and delicious, delivered to the room. When we were checking out too, the support from the team for getting a vehicle to the airport was very neat.
I recommend this place as a budget friendly, short stay place. Rooms are neat, nothing luxurious, but clean.
