Been here for a family dinner, service by Mr.Javed and Mr.Amit was commendable. Food was extremely delicious. Room was very clean and the view was mesmerising. Highly recommend everyone to visit Pristine. And applause the work of Amit and Javed.

The hotel is good & comfortable. The guest relation & quality of food is very good . Special attention by PR Ms. Sheetal & Mr Neeraj .The rooms are well maintained & staff are good. Only house keeping service is extremely slow and need more attention. I enjoyed my stay

Clean and well laid out rooms, decent customer service and food. The hotel staff is more than eager to help customers. The The view from the breakfast area is amazing. Would recommend to stay once, it's a little away from the city so quiet and calm.

Really nice hotel , food was really good Staf was very cooperative Most beautiful thing was the open area of High story (BAR) All over food taste was good The restaurant was also very nice and comfortable The location was easy to find special i mentioned the from office all are great but I mentioned some name probir and sheetal

The hotel stay was wonderful, the staff is warm friendly and helpful, front desk staff Sheetal and Firdaus extremely helpful, Food is excellent,Restaurant staff vikas and Mr Vibhanshu showed concern and care,prompt service and clean rooms

The housekeeping Alka and Sanjeev were very warm, approachable,friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff Especially Vikas,Vibhanshu,Dipika were great. The front desk Sheetal ❤️❤️ was superrbɓ. She was helpful in getting us our cabs to and from the destination. And she always kept an eye out for us. Not to forget to mention Firdaus, Irfan were also very very sweet.
