Hotel in zona St Josephs Church, Thabore, Kannur

An excellent place to stay near Kannur International Airport. As the name suggests it is a beautiful place with lot of greenery. Very quiet place with excellent staff. Room was very neat and tidy. We went for a two day visit to temples around Kannur. The Manager Mr Rajesh was very efficient and courteous and helped us a lot in planning our trips.The food was excellent. They are growing vegetables there and most of the veg dishes given to us were with items grown in their compound itself. We were very well taken care of and I strongly recommend the Hotel for a comfortable stay. Gopalakrishnan.T

While we were in the area, with a long wait for a bus, we visited the Magnet Hotel. The Reception staff were, without exception, helpful and charming, and stored our luggage for us while we ate dinner. The food in the restaurant was excellent quality and the waiters very professional and friendly. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and while we didn't stay overnight I would completely recommend the Magnet Hotel from what we saw and experienced.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, a 5 minuti di taxi (IR300), così molto conveniente. Abbiamo una camera superiore, che era grande, tranquilla, molto pulita e confortevole con aria condizionata, un caldo e una vasta selezione di canali TV, il letto molto confortevole. Il ristorante che ci ha accompagnato è stato ben servito e costoso, e il personale è stato benvenuto e molto utile, rendendolo un piacevole soggiorno di notte. In fondo – La pressione del doccia mattina è bassa, e la posizione dell'hotel non è favorevole a esplorare la posizione immediata, ma nessuno di questi punti è stato detratto dal nostro soggiorno. Molto raccomandato per un volo pre o post dall'aeroporto di Kannur.

Hoe l ambiance is good and fresh. Underground parking. Very near to kannur centre and ksrtc bus stand. Staff response is good. Neat rooms & toilet facility is also good. Hot water available. Size of the room is enough. No restaurant with this property. Overall good for family stay.

This Hotel has a super friendly reception desk. The charming ladies are unusually helpful and very attentive. We appreciated that a lot. Another strong point in favor of the Hotel is the nice garden. You can enjoy a cool Kingfisher beer there, but unfortunately not everyday. On certain days they are not allowed to serve alcohol. There is a restaurant inside, but we found it more enjoyable to eat outdoors. Service is quick and the food we had was ok but nothing special. Our room was clean and big enough. Since the Hotel has been refurbished recently, everything was in excellent condition - we particularly liked the well kept woodwork. We will keep a fond memory of the Surya Heritage Hotel and it’s friendly personnel.

It was a great time to stay @ benale international kannur. Friendly and professional touch all over. Staff with a smile made us feel home. Stayed with family. We travel-led from uk. Restaurant is with quality food and appreciate the cleanliness. No bad smell which is usually seen in rainy season. Will definitely return soon for another stay. Many thanks.

Good for a business travel based on my two days stay there. The property is very close to the railway station and the main business area. Being at the middle of core business, a family trip expecting some luxurious stay may not find it interesting. The road leading to the hotel is a bit narrow. If one is driving, then should be experienced to navigate the rush. Once at hotel, parking is very good. Rooms near and clean, breakfast buffet is reasonable. The restaurant attached to hotel was not functional during my stay in Oct 2023.

The location of the hotel is very good. It’s overlooking the sea. My sister and I had booked the suite for one night stay. The view was good but the corner room has a better view. We had called to get the best view room but they said at that time that we have got the best. There must be some miscommunication there or the room wasn’t available. Anyhow. We loved the room and the decor. It was huge and it’s decorated with care. The eating space is nice too. Food was good. And the seating area over looking the sea is amazing too. But I must say that the hospitality was not good. We had requested in advance to delay the checkout and let us checkout by 1:30 PM. But the message was not conveyed to the staff who was attending to us. We had to give reference to who we spoke to etc etc. I like hassle free travel experience and hence do all the talking before hand but to no use. When we reached the hotel, we realised that the Wi-Fi network in the room was bad. We had a meeting to attend to the next morning. So requested them to give us a space which would have good connection. The hotel staff was helpful and showed us an unused space near the reception. And said he would unlock it for our use. We check if it had a table, chair, and AC. Next morning, there was some confusion. The manager was there and he stared at the staff and talked rudely in their language with us standing infront of them. They opened the space anyways. But said that the ACs aren’t working. And there was no fan. I ran back to them saying please check again because it was steaming hot and attending an important meeting in a saree with sweat dripping from all over would be horrible. I went back with the remote and realised they knowingly didn’t switch the main switch on. Even after all this, they questioned me again on the checkout time. And asked when our meeting would get over. Even if the space was an unused space. I didn’t like this experience at all. It made all the good experience turn sour.

Hotel molto ben gestito nel centro di Thalassery, riposto dalla strada Logans su un tranquillo giardino. Camere moderne e pulite con TV e bellissime bagni. Le loro camere di suite esecutive sono molto speciali e consiglio di andare a prenderlo se il bilancio è adeguato. L'hotel dispone anche di un piccolo ristorante che serve il ristorante sud-indiano. Ho trovato il menu del colazione come buono, ma non mi consiglierei per pranzo o cena a causa delle opzioni molto limitate. Invece si possono trovare molte opzioni solo pochi minuti a piedi come famosi Rara Avis Restaurant, La Affair Restaurant, KFC ecc
