This Hotel has a super friendly reception desk. The charming ladies are unusually helpful and very attentive. We appreciated that a lot. Another strong point in favor of the Hotel is the nice garden. You can enjoy a cool Kingfisher beer there, but unfortunately not everyday. On certain days they are not allowed to serve alcohol. There is a restaurant inside, but we found it more enjoyable to eat outdoors. Service is quick and the food we had was ok but nothing special. Our room was clean and big enough. Since the Hotel has been refurbished recently, everything was in excellent condition - we particularly liked the well kept woodwork. We will keep a fond memory of the Surya Heritage Hotel and it’s friendly personnel.

Kannur has always been close to my heart for multiple reasons... people, nature, proximity to everything and now good stay... Recently stayed at Royal Omars on station road for 5 days... the location, the quality of the room and the service was very good... it did not have to buzz of a rushed place... a pretty good breakfast... clean rooms... efficient service....

Had booked this hotel on the basis of positive reviews and honestly was not let down. The hotel is just 500 meters from Kannur railway station. Check in was quick as I checked into their residency room. The room is quite spacious with all amenities and toiletries you may require just in case you forget. The restaurant in the hotel provides great food and the complimentary breakfast has a wide spread. check out their Kerala thali which is tasty as well pocket friendly. One suggestion is that the hotel management should put tata sky as most of the channels were Malayalam and since I come from Maharashtra would have appreciated the regional news to connect with my state. Also the buffet breakfast should start atleast at 7 am and it would be worthwhile to pack atleast some sandwich, fruits and juice for those who have to leave early. All in all a nice experience will come back again.

L'ago nella stanza che mi è stato assegnato non ha affatto raffreddamento.L'ho portato all'avviso del personale alla ricezione dal giorno che ho controllato l'8 maggio. Non si è ancora preso alcuna azione da parte dell'hotel, ieri aveva detto che un'altra stanza sarebbe stata assegnata, ma non è stata assegnata. Se l'ac non funziona, allora non dovrebbe essere messo in servizio per la prenotazione online. Quindi chiunque controlli l'hotel, assicurarsi che l'ac funzioni correttamente, perché dopo aver preso la stanza non ci sarà alcuna soluzione al problema.

Good for a business travel based on my two days stay there. The property is very close to the railway station and the main business area. Being at the middle of core business, a family trip expecting some luxurious stay may not find it interesting. The road leading to the hotel is a bit narrow. If one is driving, then should be experienced to navigate the rush. Once at hotel, parking is very good. Rooms near and clean, breakfast buffet is reasonable. The restaurant attached to hotel was not functional during my stay in Oct 2023.

We had a satisfactory stay at colyford inn, kannur. The property is easily accessible from railway station. The property is good for family. Roooms are spacious. Our room was ready and we were able to check-in without any delay even when we reached around 11. 10 pm in the property. Breakfast menu should be improved. They should add bread, butter, jam and fresh juice which will provide kids a better option. Currently only dosa, idli, tea and coffee was only available for breakfast. Overall had a nice experience with family. Will choose the property during our next visit too.

La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vicina, il personale è molto attraente. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro.

Restaurant service by mr. Gerald during daytime was excellent, he tried his best to serve orders as per convenience. His service is commendable. Security and bell guy were also very helpful and very polite. Hard to see such good service these days.

During our planned stay from 20th to 22nd October 2023 at Mascot, a booking error sent my family and me from Bangalore to Kannur on the wrong dates. Despite not having the chance to stay at Mascot, I feel compelled to share this exceptional experience. Upon realizing our rooms were booked for the 27th to 29th October instead, the Mascot staff showcased remarkable empathy and efficiency. They promptly arranged accommodations at another excellent hotel, continuously checking on our well-being. Their actions were beyond mere customer service; they restored our faith in humanity and the kindness of people. What impressed me most was the full refund of our booking amount, a gesture of goodwill that deeply touched us. This incident didn’t just resolve a logistical error; it transformed us into lifelong patrons of Mascot. Their exceptional handling of an unforeseen situation has earned the loyalty of not just my family, but also our friends.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. E’ vista sul mare. La mia sorella e io avevamo prenotato l'appartamento per un soggiorno notturno. La vista era buona, ma la stanza all'angolo ha una migliore vista. Abbiamo chiamato per ottenere la migliore stanza di vista, ma hanno detto che in quel momento abbiamo avuto la migliore. Ci deve essere qualche malcomunicazione o la stanza non era disponibile. In ogni caso. Amiamo la stanza e la decorazione. Era enorme e è decorata con cura. Anche lo spazio di mangiare è bello. La cibo era buona. E la zona di sedere sopra guardare il mare è anche fantastica. Ma devo dire che l'ospitalità non era buona. Avevamo chiesto in anticipo di ritardare il check-out e lasciarci check-out entro le 1:30. Ma il messaggio non è stato trasmesso al personale che ci ha partecipato, dobbiamo fare riferimento a chi abbiamo parlato, eccetera. Mi piace l'esperienza di viaggi senza problemi e quindi fare tutto il discorso prima di mano, ma senza alcun uso. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, abbiamo capito che la rete Wi-Fi nella stanza era cattiva. Ci siamo incontrati fino alla mattina prossima. Quindi li abbiamo chiesti di darci uno spazio che avesse una buona connessione. Il personale dell'hotel è stato utile e ci ha mostrato uno spazio inutilizzato vicino alla ricezione. E ha detto che avrebbe aperto il suo ufficio per il nostro uso. Controlliamo se aveva una tavola, una sedia e un AC. La mattina dopo c'era una confusione. Il manager era lì, e guardava il personale e parlava con noi in lingua cordiale, davanti a loro, e aprivano comunque lo spazio, ma disse che i AC non funzionavano. E non c'era nessun fan. Mi sono rivolta a loro e ho detto che, per favore, controlla di nuovo perché era caldo a vapore e che sarebbe orribile assistere ad un importante incontro in una serie di sudorazioni. Ho ripreso la telecamera e ho capito che sapendo che non avevano commutato il comando principale. Anche dopo tutto questo, mi hanno chiesto di nuovo l’ora di checkout. E mi hanno chiesto quando sarebbe finita la nostra riunione. Anche se lo spazio fosse uno spazio inutilizzato. Non mi piaceva affatto questa esperienza, ma ha fatto sì che tutta la buona esperienza si aggrappasse.
