The hotel staff is very helpful and resourceful. The ambience is lovely, mom's are very clean and well equipped with all essentials needs in tow. I felt very safe staying here with my daughter. They arranged transportation as well and made sure my stay was very comfortable and an experience to cherish. Special mention to nikhil for all his help. Allcthe staff are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast spread was amazing. The food provided was hygienic, clean and tasty. The staff provides you everything you ask for. Never once did they say no for anything.

Unhygienic and disappointing stay i had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dusty and unclean, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The room was also smaller than expected, and the breakfast offered was poor in quality. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I came to this place without much expectations but to my surprise the room and the place was extremely clean, cosy, clean bathrooms, kettle and to top it all it was a very calm and quite place. I enjoyed the hospitality, the manager and the front desk executive was very helpful. They really took care of me.

Location is good. Room size is small. Car parking area is also small. But good hotel for staying individuals and business travelers.

We wanted to leave early in the morning at 6. 00. When we woke up at 5. 00 am there was no water coming. The receptionist and security guard doesn’t know where the motor switch is. This issue was sorted after more than an hour. After that when we wanted to take our car out they didn’t have the gate key and finally they managed to wake up another customer whose car was parked in front of our car. Being a hotel near the airport their service should improve.

So sorry to tell that this was very bad attitude and Rooms are looks like hell. For a standard room they charging almost 2800 and giving nothing actually. Even the heater is not working there. Kettle is not working there.nothing is there and I mentioned some staff who giving their maximum to provide something, but unfortunately nothing is working there. And one more thing that there is only 2 extra bed for 14 rooms and 11 Television for 14 rooms. Just this management is adjusting their stuff with sharing rooms and giving trouble to staff actually😏

Exactly this was a nice experience. Really a budget friendly hotel with three star category. Their food was awesome . I tried paalkappa and paalporotta for the dinner and it was fantastic and its my first experience too. Really recommended this hotel for comfort stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful for the needs. Special thanks to Mr vishnu who take care us. I assure a pleasant stay in this bleasure Hotel

Short stay at la serene mattannur was beyond expectation. Courteous and helpful staff; compact but super clean room. Neat bathroom, all amenities needed for a short stay. Decent breakfast. Happily rate this property with top points. Highly recommended for families and official trip!
