This hotel is very convenient if you have an early morning meeting in the area. I appreciate the friendly and dedicated staff. Valerie, at the front desk, was especially helpful when I needed assistance.

This fairfield did not meet my expectations, largely because of the cleaning (or lack thereof). The room was not very clean when we arrived. There were multiple long hairs in the bathroom. When I asked the next day if our room could be cleaned, we were told that they now only clean rooms every other day. Before COVID, Marriott cleaned rooms every day. During COVID, they quit cleaning every day and you had to request if you wanted a room cleaned. Now, you can't even request having a room cleaned daily. I am disappointed. There were a few positives. The mattress was comfortable and the location was good, right near a shopping center with a Target.
