I got married in Justa, and the experience was really great. Would really like to appreciate the effort of Babli ji and the entire justa palampur team for the efforts and support they gave us. Hotel rooms are clean and equipped with all basic amenities also the view is breathtaking.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel offered excellent service, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The big lawn was perfect for relaxing and marriage activites, the food was delicious, and the view was stunning. Highly recommended! I have attached few photos that i took over there

Excellent location Staff was helpful. Food was excellent Rooms were clean with nice view of dhauladhar range One of the best resort in palampur. On one side of resort there is a beautiful tea garden. price of food was on higher side but it was worth spending money

Hotel is amazing and so as the staff. Best part if the view you get from the room. Food was delicious. We were there with friends and family on a wedding and every arrangement and setup there was amazing. Staff was very helping and rooms were clean.

I have been to this hotel five times. This time it was the worst experience. Location of this property is super awesome without any doubts but I think the owner of this property is not taking hospitality business seriously. I stay in the room number 201 and it's flush system was not working at all. Thrice we called to get it repair but it wasn't. Led Tv was also not working. Tea they provided was worst. The boy Arun was very supportive and he was working very hard to keep things in correct form.

Justa Palampur hotel & staff very nice ,Hotel location was superb as well as especially welcome drink was awesome..staff behaviour & service was awesome. Kaafal Restaurant location good & resturant staff ploide. Thankyou team justa Palampur.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

We used their banquet services. It has a nice location with good views. food served during the function was also nice with courteous staff. They have nice indoor and outdoor arrangements for these functions. Food taste is also really nice.

We had an amazing time , we have booked the banquet for my cousins marriage and it went really well. Even though the guests exceeded our original estimate by quite a good number but Justa team made sure the guests were taken care of and ample food was available . The whole experience was amazing and created loads of memories. Thank you Rajit, Babli, Vikas and the entire staff of Justa Palampur for your hospitality and taking care of us . Looking forward to come again ..!! Thank you so much
