Nibaana Resort

I had booked my stay at Nibaana resort Dharamshala, from 17th to 20th May. There was a big spider in the room which means it probably was not cleant. Also the very first dinner on 17th, there was no buffet and the Manager Mr Abhishek Gautam was very curt and arrogant. When we asked for the sweet dish. He took 30 minutes to serve 6 Gulabjamuns that too were cold and tasteless. The hotel manager did not have the courtesy to say sorry or they weren't taught to say. The owners of the hotel were seeing the entire scene sitting in a chair but didn't bother to intervene. Whosoever posted that the owners are very courteous is absolutely false claim, they are least bothered, all 3 of them. On the second day at dinner the chef said rotis will be served on the table. So we waited but the manager Mr Gautam was so rude that he told the chef that as there is buffet today ask the guests to come and take rotis from the counter. This is absolutely ridiculous. When one guest asked why the same fruits (watermelon and papaya) are repeated everything she got the answer. This is what we serve. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Please don't spoil your holiday coming here. Beware !!!

Very smelly rooms, no one listens to ur complains, pathetic food, worst beds and mattresses..no facilities for driver’s stay or dinner.. absolutely no regrets from the staff abt the bad facilities they provide.. Only good thing is the location..

Hospitality is very good,the resort is at very good place from resort you can see Dhauladhar range which is covered by snow, they also arranged you a trip advisor if you want to go for outing,they provided us Sajan kumar,he is good person,he took us some amazing place

It was very nice, pleasant and wonderful staycation experience at Nibana resort. Ambiance, atmosphere, food, hospitality, cleanliness, outside view everything is so so wonderful.. it’s highly appreciated and recommended.. thanks Hotel Nibana for making our stay memorable

Mr. Purav would like to inform you that i have faced the most horrible customer service and hospitality ever in my life at your hotel. Mr.Aman Dhiman was not at cooperative and he kept me waiting at the reception for an hour. He was busy attending phonecalls and kept me hanging in there. The linen of the bed was stained and dirty the furniture was dusty the room stinked...etc. please get the hotel standard high just like how you charge us high tariff. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone.... Would not wont my family and friends to ever experience such a 3rd class service. Have added a few pics to show you all how the Superior category of this hotel looks,so that you can think twice before booking this hotel.

Nice property with nice view, food id also tasty and overall experience is good. Staff is also very helpfull. We will definately come again. Thank you for making our holiday awesome. Highly recommended.
