We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Hotel WelcomeHeritage Natraj, McLeodganj. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — the front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They graciously offered us an early check-in and even upgraded our room to the luxury category, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The location is excellent, providing easy access to key attractions while being peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The property is neat and clean, and our room was beautifully maintained — spacious, well-furnished, and tastefully decorated. The restaurant was nice, with a good selection on the à la carte menu and quality food that exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was decent, though there's definitely room for improvement in terms of variety and presentation. A special mention must go to the courteous and helpful staff, who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting McLeodganj.

We had a great time at the hotel during my stay , as it was business we don't get much time rejoueate but was wonderful , everything is perfect as it has to be room cleainenes, atmosphere, restaurant and room service . We really enjoyed our trip , special thanks to Mr Ajay Jamwal for great host an assistance. We would love to back again ☺️

Awesome experience right from entering into the hotel till leaving after 4 days. Food, service, hospitality, ambience, rooms, etc..everything was perfect. We stayed at Luxury rooms and valley view with sunset from balcony was awesome.
