It was an amazing experience with the hotel and staff. We visited with family and friends in November 2024. All the staff are very cooperative and friendly. Rooms are small but ok. Food was amazing, whatever food we asked they provided. Overall excellent

I planned Diwali vacations in Mcleodganj from 30 Oct - 2 Nov'24 and chose Belvedere Hotel due to its proximity to main market area. During online booking I was assured of 2 mountain view room on 5th or 4th floor. Though I insisted on the confirmation of the rooms but the staff didn't commit even though rooms were available at the time of booking but was assured they will ensure required rooms on either 4th floor or 5th. But when I reached hotel, I was offered room on 5th floor with parking view or 2nd floor with valley view but lower floor you can only see garbage/junk and not valley. I have no other option but to take these expensive rooms on 2nd floor. My sincere feedback is that the hotel is run by highly unprofessional people and won't recommend this hotel to anyone due to their highly unprofessional staff and attitude. These are far expensive rooms, spent 50k for 3 nights for 2 rooms and lot other better options available near by itself. If you still have to take this hotel avoid rooms 20/202/301/302 and get the confirmation before you pay advance money. I haven't seen any hotel giving preference to walk-in guests over people who pick in advance.

I travel here to my hometown often, I have tried many different hotels. To most expensive ones and by far this is best hotel even compared to bigger company. Staff attitude and service was so welcoming and helpful. Room was better than these 5 star hotels. Great food, great view, great room and great staff. What more can I ask for. Will my go to from now on, highly recommended

The hotel loacation is one of the best Location with Excellent Ambiance and very courteous Staff. The rooms are spacious. I booked a family room which has attached drawing area with sofa cum bed. My kids opccupied the space as their room and thoroughly enjoyed. Very pleasant stay altogether.

Very cosy stay. The view is amazing. Very well mannered staff. At the restaurant, Sanjana was very hospitable and made us feel comfortable. The hotel is located very close to all site seeing locations in Mcloeeganj. Food can be better. But overall great experience

Attended a training at the hotel. They have nice views, good food and services. Buffet menus are great.. try the rosemary chicken. Paneer gravy was yum with Makki roti. Lots of vegetables in salad. Spacious sitting area with daualdhar views.
