最近入住的這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，前台服務人員服務態度一如既往的非常棒，細心周到，我的房間位於在頂樓，房間佈置得既典雅又實用。床鋪柔軟舒適，房間內的設施也非常現代化，包括智能電視，智能語音助手，衞生也是非常乾淨，酒店的位置也很方便，總之值得推薦！！！

無意間訂到的一家超預期好酒店！
聽説是2024年10月才開的
整個酒店是一個獨棟 有自己的停車場 藏式風格
有很多手工地毯和藏式器具特別漂亮
房間一推開門就很驚喜 乾淨 東西齊全 隔音好
晚上會準備免費的甜湯 還有水果零食
房間餐廳都能直接看到貢嘎主峯 離新都橋鎮也很近
前台小姐姐志瑪 拉姆還有其他小姐姐服務都超級好
最近很冷會提前幫忙把氧氣地暖打開 太贊啦！
早餐也特別豐盛 聽説以後還會有藏式早餐
衹住了一天但可以説是有求必應
像回家一樣温暖熱情又細心 下次來一定還住！

房間設施還算好，很可惜自來水有味道，店家解釋是因為地下水的問題。本人有點不能接受，畢竟價格擺在這裏。早餐用心了，擺盤很漂亮，沙拉加歐式長型披薩，就是小朋友不是很能接受。如果房間能加個加濕器更理想，畢竟是高原地區。

門口都是泥土 不好搬行李也沒有人幫忙…
有點過敏發燒 結果前台基本的葯物和體温計都沒有…一個在高海拔地區的民宿居然這麼基本的東西都沒有。
而且最離譜的是房間的水是臭的！一點也用不了，全部用礦泉水刷牙，澡也不敢洗

價格很實惠，來這邊是旅遊的房間裏面很安靜，很適合很舒服些，還可以看到日照金山雪山床墊也是我喜歡的，睡了不會腰疼，地暖暖氣很足，不錯的一次體驗 來這邊住的朋友們可以去嘗試一下喲

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，一次性用品太有質感了 房間很寬敞，每個房間配的有製氧機 裝飾得很精緻，服務很用心，房型也很舒服，床鋪柔軟舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，贊哦，下次還會再來！

要説不足的話：就是房間內有點太幹了。

非常好的酒店，可以看到雪山，還幫我們升級了房型，早餐豐盛，有電梯，房間也很大，地暖很暖和，製氧機也提前幫我們開好了，除了水有點臭，也解釋了是因為凈水問題，礦物質含量高了，總體滿意！

設施：首先酒店是新開酒店，各項設施很新很齊全，這一點還是要點讚的，酒店吹風機雖不是戴森，但也出乎意料好用，對我這種頭髮多星人很友好。比較減分的是淋浴間下水不通暢，整個洗澡過程是腳淹着水洗的，洗了澡發現外面溢出很多水，應該是沒有及時疏通。
衞生：本人是個細節控，酒店個別地方衞生有待改進，比如衞生間門框等有明顯積灰。
環境：酒店設計元素及公區房間環境都非常贊，很有藝術氛圍，在新都橋這樣的位置算是很不錯👍了，房間水吧還有捫皮，器皿也比較講究，可以打滿分。
服務：我們入住時將近晚上了，前台服務比較周到，給我升級了房型，房間變大的基礎上，還有兩面落地窗，感覺非常滿意！酒店迷你吧的歡迎水果也不錯，甜甜的緩解旅途疲憊。
不足之處是晚餐和早餐，頭天晚上本來準備酒店點餐，去了餐廳明顯沒有開空調，冷冷的，菜單也是簡單A4打印沒有圖片，我們衹好選擇外賣。第二天的早餐一直等到8點才開餐，餐盤也是涼的，餐點大多也是温的，感覺酒店硬件這麼好但是軟件有點拉垮。
