設施：首先酒店是新開酒店，各項設施很新很齊全，這一點還是要點讚的，酒店吹風機雖不是戴森，但也出乎意料好用，對我這種頭髮多星人很友好。比較減分的是淋浴間下水不通暢，整個洗澡過程是腳淹着水洗的，洗了澡發現外面溢出很多水，應該是沒有及時疏通。
衞生：本人是個細節控，酒店個別地方衞生有待改進，比如衞生間門框等有明顯積灰。
環境：酒店設計元素及公區房間環境都非常贊，很有藝術氛圍，在新都橋這樣的位置算是很不錯👍了，房間水吧還有捫皮，器皿也比較講究，可以打滿分。
服務：我們入住時將近晚上了，前台服務比較周到，給我升級了房型，房間變大的基礎上，還有兩面落地窗，感覺非常滿意！酒店迷你吧的歡迎水果也不錯，甜甜的緩解旅途疲憊。
不足之處是晚餐和早餐，頭天晚上本來準備酒店點餐，去了餐廳明顯沒有開空調，冷冷的，菜單也是簡單A4打印沒有圖片，我們衹好選擇外賣。第二天的早餐一直等到8點才開餐，餐盤也是涼的，餐點大多也是温的，感覺酒店硬件這麼好但是軟件有點拉垮。

第一次走川西線，在折多山立刻出現高反，加上天色已黑，就找個有氧的酒店休息，當我們帶著緩慢的步速走進大堂，告知前台哥哥我們高反，先讓我們緩緩的時候，前台哥哥立即明白我們的需要。給了我們兩個醫用的吸氧管和很細心教我們如何用製氧機。真的感謝前台哥哥，讓我們可以緩解疼痛。房間還幫我們升級看到日出的方向，房間整潔衞生，也很有特色的裝修。

酒店服務非常好，前台還免費給我們升級了房型，還給我們每人戴了一條哈達，非常有儀式感。房間內部裝修很有風格，我們最在意的隔音和衞生條件也都非常好，有地暖有氧氣一應俱全，而且房間還是智能的，現在住習慣了智能酒店了那些老酒店都住不習慣。酒店很注意細節，連一次性拖鞋都是純棉的還很美觀。早上起床就能看到雪山，順便説一句早餐的麪條好好吃🤤

藏式風格加現代風結合，酒店沒在大路邊上特別安靜。服務特別好，剛到車場工作人員就出來迎接我們，並送上哈達，貼心的幫助搬行李。入住了還送了一份水果非常nice！早餐也很豐盛，味道巴適。

這個季節的川西本來是淡季，非常合適過來，房間整體不錯，但是把，這個季節的新都橋真的是太冷了，只有地暖，沒有空調，説是我定了之後就幫我們開了地暖，但是進房間也是非常的冷。確認了就早點訂，這樣他們可以提前幫忙開地暖。氧氣房，也有加濕器，整體不錯。
