院子不大，充滿了資本主義氣息，胡蘿蔔歡迎蛋糕，早餐、斯里蘭卡酒店的服務真都可以，熱情但是沒讓你不自在。房間設施微老舊。

部屋は広くて素敵です。湯沸かしポットや冷蔵庫が部屋にないので、お湯ををもらったり、飲み物を冷やす為にホテルの冷蔵庫を借りたりさせて頂きました。スタッフの皆さんはフレンドリーです。
キャンディはUberがあまり使えず、トゥクトゥクのドライバーが場所を知らないので少し苦労しました。Uberよにpick Meの方が多い様でした。

El hotel estaba bien, sin más. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están limpias. Lo q no merece la pena es comer o cenar. Es caro, tardan mucho y no está rico

We were welcomed quite well the place is surrounded by beautiful trees and the aesthetics and interior design was lovely. Kuma and Kausha looked after us quite well and we felt like it was home. Even though we were located quite close to everything, in our accomodation it felt pleasantly secluded and the quiet atmosphere helped us to relax. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, clean and filled with natural light. Our dietary restrictions (gluten free/lactose free) were accommodated during breakfast and even our laundry was looked after in an efficient and fast manner. We can highly recommend this place to anyone who likes to feel home away from home and is seeking a little oases in the otherwise busy city of Kandy. Sadly average on most counts. They tried their best and had a warm greeting with fresh juice and cake but it just wasn’t to our liking. Some basic points of dissatisfaction: Internet was not available in the bedroom only public areas Although a tv was in the room most channels were subscription only. Pool not clean nor clear, milky and unusable. Sun beds old Windows in bathroom clear so totally visible from outside- no blind nor curtain 🤷♀️ Windows in bedroom and bathroom were sealed and not openable Food was average to poor- lacking in quality, flavour and amount, Sri Lankan breakfast for instance only one dish with coconut roti. Certainly the worst coffee… An odd side window to bedroom door/ corridor allowing the many lights left on to glow though making it a un restful night. Noise from the next door neighbours gym and health club disturbing the peace with heavy boom boom music and some construction noise at times. Not reliable when via the manager, booking a tuk tuk at night, let down on return journey when out for a meal in the nearby area -was no big deal as hailed a local but felt had it been a lone traveller it could have left you feeling very vulnerable. Staff were reluctant to engage making it quite a stern affair.

A very warm welcome after a tricky day when trains were cancelled due to landslide. Loved the tea and cake on arrival. The rooms were beautifully appointed with so much attention to detail. The staff warm and helpful. The meal was ok not the best we have had in SL but loved having the dining table to ourselves and played some games.. The staff were happy to let us drink a bottle of champagne we had brought with us and went out of their way to provide us with an early breakfast thank you.

This a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. It’s walkable to get into central Kandy but in a pretty peaceful location. The room was stunning with plenty of light, spacious and a comfy bed. The bathroom was stunning. We were welcomed with tea and cake and relaxed in a beautiful shaded outside space. We had a gorgeous Sri Lankan dinner in the evening and one of the best breakfasts of our trip the next morning. The staff could not do enough for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel, our only downside was it was one of the more expensive places we stayed and based on our 10 day trip it was probably a little over priced.

My children and I stayed at this beautiful hotel with so much pleasure. We were treated with much love and attention. The house is very romantic and stylish. Very nice interior as well. Flowers everywhere. It is a quiet haven with walking distance from the city centre. (half an hour). The swimming pool is very nice and well maintained and cleaned. The (bath) rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. I can fully recommend this paradise. Anne

At Sweet Cinnamon, you'll find a wonderful oasis of calm near downtown Kandy. The staff are incredibly accommodating and read almost every wish from the eyes. For breakfast we had fresh Kings Coconut directly from the palm tree. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the Sweet Cinnamon.
