設施：設施整體很新，在這一片區域應該是比較好的。頂樓有無邊泳池，看小鎮景色很棒。
衞生：整體都很乾凈，效率也比較高
環境:離kandy的觀景台很近
服務：入住效率高，服務人員很友善，有小猴子在陽台上還主動叫我看

We stayed in The Trees Kandy in December. The location is great, you are over looking the spectacular Kandy lake and the surrounding area is beautiful. You are in the heart of Kandy with soo many restaurants to take your choice. The rooms are modern and clean and I would recommend the view on the lake side. Staff were really nice and polite.

Stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. The hotel is new and the views and location are great. Food is expensive and not very nice, definitely eat elsewhere if you stay here. Staff are friendly and did work hard to resolve some of the hiccups we encountered.

This hotel maybe new and had a few hiccups, but the staff more than makes up for it! Thilini made our check-in a breeze, and Ruwan was super helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't get a room with a full view of Kandy Lake, but Thilini hooked us up with a partial view that included the beautiful Temple. We were thrilled with it! Every staff member we met was so friendly and attentive, especially at the breakfast buffet and restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The room showed a bit of wear and tear for a hotel only a year old, like a shower that didn't drain completely, but overall, we were very comfortable. A huge shoutout to Thilini and Ruwan for their amazing service. When we were checking out and waiting for our car to Colombo, I accidentally left my handbag with all our passports in the lobby. Just five minutes into our drive, I got several calls from the hotel, which alerted me to the issue. Thilini even called from her personal phone to make sure I got the message. We turned back and got the bag, avoiding a major headache. Thank you, Thilini, for your dedication and care. We had one of the best cappuccino in Sri Lanka here.

I spent evening with my friends at their rooftop lounge Pros: 1. Ambience was spectacular 2. View is great 3. Staff is friendly 4. Located in a convenient location 5. Ideal to chillout with friends Cons: 1. Drinks are overpriced compared to star hotels in colombo. Half a glass lime juice is 1300+tax 2. Drinks are pretty basic for the price. Iced tea was very plain in small quantity 3. They didn't allow us to order food from a la carte and insisted we must go for the buffet

For our breakfast we went to this coffee shop at The Trees Rajaphilla Rd Kandy Sri Lanka. This place overlooking. the Bogambara lake did have a beautiful view which included the Temple of the Tooth. I felt that instead of the hotel we stayed we should have booked this hotel. Coffee shop was not full and there was this lovely young lady who welcome us and took our order. Place was clean and nicely arranged. We were served within reasonable time though our order was a mixed one including egg benedictine croc monsieur and panino. Food was good. we left the place with one more lingering glance at the beautiful vista.

The staff were beyond helpful and amazing at this hotel. So kind and couldn't do more for us, even helping out our parents who weren't staying in the hotel! If this was on staff service alone they would score all the points! A few teething problems but I assume this is because the hotel is new. The lights in the room were confusing, we had a suite and couldn't figure out what lights did what! You couldn't turn on the bathroom light without bedroom lights, or so it seems. The views are stunning as you overlook Kandy lake, but, this means you also get the noise of Kandy. Car horns from 6am meant being up then! The pool was amazing and the food yummy. Shout out to the chef who made the brownie! All in all, still an amazing experience and recommend to anyone.

Our family of 4 (2 young kids) enjoyed our stay. It’s a new hotel with probably the best view in all of Kandy. Rooftop pool is nice but quite cold. We had some issues with the card reader in our room that turns on the electricity, it was literally falling off the wall so the electricity kept turning on and off. Breakfast buffet was nice. Lobby and restaurant are beautiful. Convenient location to the Temple of the Tooth and some great restaurants around the lake.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and nicely decorated, offering plenty of room to relax. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the station and with stunning views of the lake. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the food. I ate dinner at the hotel every night, and each meal was delicious, with a great variety of options. It truly made my experience memorable. One thing that could improve the overall experience would be the addition of a spa, which would be a nice touch for guests looking to unwind. That said, we would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, exceptional dining, and friendly service.
