We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is located near the center of the town within walking distance of the mall. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good.

早餐品種較少，也能吃飽。房間還不錯，夠大。就是床上用品有點舊了，而且沒有被子，衹有一張床單，後來才知道，睡覺時把櫃子裏的薄毛毯蓋在床單上面

Hotel con terrazza e camere con magnifica vista panoramica su Kandy. Camere molto ampie. Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione con colazione e cena e i pasti sono stati buoni, sia con piatti più internazionali che locali. Personale cordiale e gentile

We visited Kandy on a tour round Sri Lanka and stayed here for two nights. We were very wary of Kandy and going out as, unfortunately, we were there during the viewing of the Buddha’s tooth in the temple and the population in the city had swelled. The hotel staff made us feel comfortable and safe and although these were the two nights we would have chosen to miss out it’s not reflected on the hotel staff. The rooftop pool was small but warm and we swam during a huge rainstorm which was fun. The food was generous and tasty and the staff were very (a bit too) attentive. The hotel was quiet when we stayed. One major downside was that one of our two rooms was supposed to be a double but both were set out as twins. We asked for ours to be changed and they came up and pushed the beds together. Our room also smelt disgusting as there were smells coming out of the drains. Their fix to this was to place ‘urinal blocks’ on top of the drains in the bathroom which made it smell even worse! The other room had no smells at all. As the corridors were open air the diesel smells outside the rooms from all the city traffic were overwhelming, however, when the roads quietened the smell went away. The rooms and restaurant had amazing views over the lake, down across the city and to the mountains beyond. They host local dancing daily below the hotel for an hour in the evening and it’s rather loud. There are also lots of sounds projected across the city but this may have been to do with the tooth celebrations. We visited the Botanical Gardens as the city was overwhelmed and they were stunning! I’d highly recommend a trip here.

Stayed for one night due to its comparative proximity to Kandy lake and its historic sites. Rooms and decor are functional and clean but tired and in need of renovation. Redeeming feature of hotel is, however, the view it affords of Kandy lake. Top floor outdoor swimming pool is small and seemingly lacks attention in respect of the provision and renewal of towels. Good views again, however. Additional cost for latte or select coffees at breakfast is an unnecessary feature.

Not the service and restaurant, that could be om expected - but nice view. Slmost nobody in the hotel were able to speak and under stand english, perhaps that was the reason why we didn’t get the service, we asked for and expected. The food was rubbish and boring - no flavour and we tried All from bread til chicken, that we cloudn’t eat or chew. So don’t go to restaurant and if you do, the don’t try the buffet. The view from the hotel is exellent.

It is a lovely hotel and the room is exceptional! It’s a 10 15 mins walk to the Kandy lane, temple, market. The staff is very helpful. The only issue we faced is with the blankets cause they were pretty thin. But it they give you extra blankets upon request. But all in all A GREAT STAY!!!!

Sorry to say that this was our least favourite hotel on a 12 night trip. One side of the hotel has rooms with great views overlooking the lake. Our first night was in room 206, on the first floor immediately above reception. Avoid it like the plague. It overlooked the road, the noise from which went on all night. Add to that the very loud piped music from reception which was on a loop from early morning until gone 10pm at night. No bedside lamps, no hand towels, no ceiling fan, light above mirror in bathroom not working, tv not working. After a sleepless night, we complained and were moved to the third floor for our second night. The second room, 401, was a vast improvement, had all of the items mentioned above, plus views over the lake , and was mercifully far away enough from reception that the piped music could not be heard in the room. Although there is a pool, there are no pool towels. You are expected to use your shower towels. Beer was the only alcohol offered on our first night. No chance of a gin and tonic, turned out that they do not have a licence to sell spirits. We would not return.

Rooms were amazing with breathtaking views of the Kandy lake , Food was good too , the stuff was very friendly , It was one of the best stays I had in Kandy , would recommend the place to anyone who wants to relax … Definitely a place to chill with a good vibe

My family and I spent one night here and had no complaints. I should mention, that the water was out for half an hour, but overall, everything was great. The restaurant terrace is spectacular, the rooms are comfy, and the staff is friendly. I would come back again.

We had great time at this hotel..Room is spacious and well maintained.Food quality is good and satisfied.. Customer service is really good..Staff is very friendly.The hotel has roof top pool .. It is located close to the temple of tooth and also gives a good view of Kandy city.

Hotel is lovely, great views over lake, staff friendly, room big, restaurants all local, city 5 minutes down the hill, room 401 was noisy as under restaurant, breakfast good choice, if i had to moan (which i do) not enough water in the room .....

I really liked this hotel!!! helpful staff, beautiful view from the restaurant and pool! From terrace offers amazing view of the whole city! the selection of food is very large and everything is very tasty, especially the eggplants!!!! Very clean!!!! the hotel staff fulfills every wish!

Excellent stay. Location was beautiful. Lake view rooms and restaurant. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food was tasty too. Bathrooms and room were very clean. Location is central and lake facing. Good hospitality. Would love to visit again.
