1. Western commode but no faucet. 2. Too many mosquitos but the hotel didn’t provide mosquito liquid so i couldn’t sleep properly. 3. Bathing shower was not working. 4. Many times the ac power off automatically, after so many complaints no response. 5. If you don't ask hotel will not provide soap, towels etc basic amenities. . 6. Yes, it is heritage but not for staying. Even though the doormat is too filthy i had to tell the hotel to change the doormat. 7. Only one mug in the bathroom i don't know whether it is for use with the commode or bathing.

Bathrooms were in very bad condition. And the cost was also on higher side. Not worth the price

Terrible. My stay with family at heritage inn kanchipuram is the most horrible thing. No proper maintenance all old things kept in the room. When i checked with the concerned person he was telling this hotel is the oldest hotel in that area and they are maintaining all old items. No internet no tv no hot water no proper mirror. It was a very bad experiance for us to stay there. I don't suggest any of my friend to stay there.

I am not happy. Because hotel neatness is very poor and room fully dust. Celling fan very noise and television also repair. Waste of money

No cleaniliness, no proper car parking wirh lights, no basic amenities like tv and cosmetics. Was. Disappointed.
