Hotel a Kanchanaburi, Kaeng Sian

Located about 7km north west of the town, the staff are all friendly and helpful. I have rented a small motorbike to get me around, a necessity which means I can go where and when I desire, small money so no problem! Have been to the cemeteries and museums to pay my respect to ALL who suffered during those darkest of days. I have also been to the original wooden bridge constructed by the POW’s and others, it is located in the JEATH museum adjacent to the bridge that is in use these days. Entry cost 50 Baht, and there is so much to see that I took two hours inside, would recommend a morning visit so you can view the many items and read the facts behind them at your leisure. The museum has been set up by a local man and is most definitely worth visiting. 100% value for money! I mentioned to a Thai man inside that we were so grateful that people around the area did try to ease the suffering of the POWs, risking their own necks by doing so. My mother was an innocent child at 7 years old, alongside her mother and little sister she waved goodbye to her father, John Francis Egan, he said he was going to work for a while!! After working in Turkey, his ANZAC unit were moved on to Italy, to partake in one of the harder campaigns of the war. His life was taken by a German bullet at Mount ******, alongside many many others! Please understand how one can feel. I try my hardest to be non judgmental and tolerant these days. I have not walked in your shoes and do not know your story. “Footsteps in the sand” comes to mind at this moment. I have PTSD myself, and I knew coming to Kanchanaburi may get emotional, and it has. Now my mother is 88 years young, and became a great grandma for the second time two weeks ago. Apologies if it got too personal, started as a review of the Phoo Tawan hotel. 所有服務人員都很親切熱情，主動幫忙！ 房間也大到不可思議，只是泳池的水在一月的天氣有點太冷，不適合玩，七八月應該會覺得很舒服～ 早餐餐點也很豐盛，絕對吃不完😆

這次自駕出行第一次來到曼谷西北北碧府。本以為小眾府路不好走，都是大路很少有堵車，參觀了遺跡和博物館。路程衹是堵在曼谷附近。酒店是二十多間的平房，獨院設計風格，私密性強。房間有女性頭髮未打理乾淨，衞生間有異味。不提供洗簌用品繳300泰銖按金。房間夠大夠用。酒店在大路邊上出行方便，吃飯要開車去Big C或Lotus.性價比高。

Nice place, clean, comfortable and free tea/coffee/water. Location next to the bus terminal, which has also buses to Erawan national park.

La sera, anche andare al riva per vedere la vista. Mangiate il vecchio Pad Thai e molti cibi La mattina, passate attraverso Soi Hiranya, c'è un vecchio mercato da comprare. Patongo, Kan City ha salsa. Alimento, cibo, frutta e frutta a buon mercato alloggio per dormire L'unico condizionatore d'aria è freddo L'armadio, le mutandine sono pulite, non piccante.Il bagno è molto piccolo. C'è un sapone in una bottiglia, ma sembra vecchio, non molto piacevole da usare, quindi non oso usarlo. Ci sono asciugacapelli, asciugacapelli, frigorifero, due bottiglie d'acqua, non hanno fatto le foto. Le luci nella stanza non sono luminose. La porta superiore non è strettamente chiusa, ma non ci sono mosquiti e insetti.
