Hotel was a short 10 minutes walk from the huge station. Check-in and -out was simple, amenities are available for pick up at the ground floor if necessary. Staff was ready to assist with my queries, helping me check online when I received an earthquake alert.

One of the few hotels which can fit 3 adults in a room! Located within 10 minutes from the JR Kanazawa Station and not too far from the fish markets. The hotel has friendly staff and is very clean. There is also a public bath available for guest to use in the North Tower. Will recommend if you are travelling with family.

i am so happy with this stay. everythinggggg is good. near from kanzawa station. it takes 400m walking. the staff so friendly and helpful. pleaseeee stay here guys.

One of the best hotel with budget price at kanazawa. The facilities also complete.

Within walking distance to Kanazawa Station. Hotel has a decent public bath and the hotel room is quite large by Japanese standards and also very clean. Staff are efficient too. Did not try the breakfast. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The room is not very clean. The air-conditioning in the room is loud.

Excellent location at 5min walk from dKanazawa station. Menya Taiga ramen shop is directly across the street and a few eating places are located along the way. The room is clean and refreshed everyday and the bath house is located in the North block at level 2. It would be excellent if the breakfast hours ends at 10 instead of 9.30AM. And three pax room is a little tight for three adult with three luggage. For those who enjoys walking, omicho market, Kanazawa castle, kenrokuen garden, Higashi Chaya district are all easy to walk to from the hotel.

The Room is very clean, has complete amenities and very spacious compared to other hotels we hav stayed. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from JR kanazawa station, and it is supper affordable rate for a last minute booking since we were 20 min. Late for the last shinkansen train going to tokyo. It provides all basic kits and has a public bath house which i enjoyed dipping in a hot pool.

The hotel itself wasn’t too bad, although the bathroom was ridiculously small. The staff were polite. My biggest complaints are that they would not allow me to check in early and did not have a parking space for me. Maybe not a big deal but it spoiled the stay for me.

Close to JR station, the stair to the bathroom is a bit high

Room size is good for triple especially in Japan. There is a public bath in the north building unfortunately we didn't use it due to time constraint. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from Kanazawa station and 15 minutes walk to Omicho market. Ramen Taiga is right across the hotel which offers excellent miso based ramen.

The hotel was really clean, in a great location and had all the amenities you would need. I would stay again
