Muy buen servicio y muy limpio instalaciones bien

Very noisy being so close to the highway , had a refrigerator truck running outside our room all night. Not an ideal place for children, gum found on the floor and lumpy sinking mattress.

Coffee wasn’t replenished, had to ask repeatedly for extra body lotion. Bathrooms are dated, bathroom counter wasn’t wiped. Water residue from the AM was still there after I returned from work in the PM. Convenient location close to shops, restaurants and the highway. Pricey considering the age/condition of the hotel.

The front desk was very helpful. I asked for early check-in and they were able to accomodate me. Staff were friendly to my family whenever we walked by them. I would stay again next time I need to be in the area.

It was a nice hôtel, the breakfast was good. The lady in the kitchen was amazing. I didn’t like that there was not an elevator in the hotel. Even though it is only 3 floors, it would have been nice for people who have issuses going up the stairs. Also, that hotel is a maze! We got lost so many times.

Very clean! Friendly staff and close to restaurants, shopping and cinema. Great value. Only observation is parking is only reserved for lower level rooms. There are many other parking spots on site but they fill up quickly at nights

I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID FOR!!! they told me at 4:30pm that my room STILL wasn’t ready and I had to wait. I said that was unacceptable. They suggested I take another room with “two queens” I said fine - when I got there it was two doubles - they would not switch me to two queens saying rooms were full and lied to my face! In the morning they just OPENED THE DOOR without knocking at 9:30am to clean it. I was only in the hotel from 4:30pm - 9:30am when cleaning kicked us out - they didn’t hold up their end of my stay and made me feel incredibly unsafe Asked for compensation - hotel said firm no - stay away! Save your money! I was there a whopping 17 hours before cleaning let themselves into the room to tell us to leave so they could get ready for new check ins - guess I wasn’t important enough to have that same level of importance for my room They wouldn’t even refund the difference in room costs! Since they gave me a different room and lied about its characteristics

We rented 2 rooms , got our keys went to one room then when we visited our second they had rented in out to someone else, we had brought in that room before hand and the new people had started drinking our beverages, they finally got us a new room but took them a while to sorte out all the confusion

Check in was easy although they were quite busy as computers had went down an hour before I was there and there was a concert in town. Staff were very friendly and quick to assist any way they could from directions, to borrowing a pair of scissors. Complimentary breakfast was above what I expected and a great end to a wonderful stay. Definitely would stay here again if in the area
