Great for our family of 5. Floors weren’t super clean but over all it was a great place to stay

I’ve stayed at hotels across North America, Asia, and Europe. It is rare that I have come across a hotel that combines ideal location, aesthetics, service, room comfort, design, amenities, and design to the extent that this little gem of a hotel does. I’ve been visiting Kanab for 20 years and I’m sad I’ve missed this wonderful hotel. I’m only here for an overnight stay as tomorrow I’m getting my new home here in Kanab. I will definitely always recommend to friends and family who visit. Oh and there’s a beautiful pool and your pets are welcome !

This place is charming and lots of fun. We loved the aesthetic. It's also pet friendly and all of the rooms have little pet bowls. Make sure you go during the off season because the prices will triple as the tourists from god knows where start to flood this beautiful area and ruin it. There was just one problem, because me and my friends from Arizona were trying to organize our key party - but there were no keys! The hotel uses security codes on the doors that are texted or e-mailed to the person who booked the room. This caused us a bit of confusion and we ended up having to turn it into a code party. Perhaps this is a first? Maybe we should contact Guiness. Imagine having the record for world's first and largest code party right here in Kanab? So that is my only complaint but it's not their fault - I'm sure they aren' thinking of this when they want to streamline their business and maximize security.

I was booked to stay at Quail Park Lodge for 3 nights but severe ice storm came through the Midwest and all flights were cancelled. The storm and cancellations were all over the news across the US. I called as soon as my flight was cancelled (at 3:00 am in Utah) which put me just short of 72 hours before check in. I was informed I wouldn’t receive any refund for the room and was told by the woman that called that “her hands were tied”. I would think twice before booking a room here!

By every single measure this motel is brilliant. Beautifully restored rooms with a retro style. This is an e-motel so no office staff' everything is done online and by text and it works great. Spotlessly clean, big screen TV with streaming, and a swimming pool This is without doubt the place to stay in Kanab if you can get in - it's popular.
