The room is not cleaned, the bathroom fittings are broken, the room picture & the actual room are different, very bad service, food not available, cold breakfast given. Overall very bad experience, do not book this hotel.

Worst hotel. Old and dirtiest hotel. No repair wall. Linens were dirty n smells like rotten

Toilets were not clean
the ac/ fan was not cooling the room
bedsheets were dirty
there were no attendants however the receptionist (only one guy) was helpful and not rude

One of the most worst hotel in entire north east india also in guwahati so dirty room dirty toilet dirty bed sheet pillow room. Dirty bad condition of room no response from staff bad hospitality services bad this hotel will bad impact

Amenities in this hotel are a total fail. The toilets are very dirty and the water tap is not working and leakage and water was wasted and no exhaust fan is in my room, the tv and local cable network is available there but they do not have an adapter for the set of box in my room and lots of mosquitoes also there in my room. I myself buy a good-knight liquid from the market to stay overnight.

1) lift was not working 2) literally no staff in the hotel
3) had to carry luggage at the 2nd floor myself. 4) shabby room. 5) dirty bathroom
6) dirty bedsheets and what not. The worst hotel i have ever visited. The misery of staying in this hotel is indescribable.

So dirty better not to go in this kinda of hotel, they don’t have the sense of hospitality nor hygiene. Save your money don’t waste your time and energy in this kind of hotel!

Terrible hotel we didnt even stayed there and they are not even giving refund the roomes were dirty and the picture shown is very different from real hotel
