Hotel in zona City Store, Kampot

I visit Kampot the riverside city in Cambodia. I stay at Sokchea Kampot Hotel for 3 nights we really love this hotel. My kids really enjoy their time at the pool. The location is very close to the city we can just walk and visit the river and the market. Thanks Sokchea Kampot Hotel staff for your best service.

Bungalow bellissimi situati a pochi chilometri dalla strada principale fuori dal nord di Kampot. Tutti i bungalow sono stretto con AC. Alcuni dei bungalow più puliti e moderni abbiamo soggiornato in SE Asia. Il ristorante è bellissimo e si trova in una zona di seggiolino che si scorre sul fiume dove si può sedersi e guardare il sole e guardare i barchi che passano.

L'hotel sembra bello ma un po' polvere, la nostra camera sembra anche bello ma era piena di mosquiti che è super annoiante, abbiamo dovuto usare mosquiti spray per coprirci completamente tutto il tempo e stare attenti con la porta al bagno, dal momento che il bagno è uno spazio aperto con solo metà del tetto, ma abbiamo ancora avuto un sacco di battiti. Le tende erano super sporche coperte di insetti morti, l'AC non era troppo funzionale, ma hanno messo questo colpo d'aria sul letto che mi ha fatto male, io e il mio ragazzo dopo la visita. E le camere non sono abbastanza private, la descrizione dice vista sulla piscina, ma in realtà la piscina appena 5 metri davanti alla nostra camera. In generale mi piace la progettazione delle camere, ma ci sono molti dettagli non soddisfacenti, soprattutto con il prezzo, potrebbe essere l'hotel più costoso che ho provato in Cambogia, ma l'esperienza è stata seriamente così.

Questo posto è meglio trovarlo, un po'di distanza dall'immagine di giardino circa cinque chilometri, la strada per l'hotel è vicino alla ferrovia.Il cliente è anche molto buono, molto comunicato, aiuto.La stanza è pulita, e il soggiorno è buono per due giorni!Raccomandazione.

The hotel is new and modern, but far from the town centre. It has two small pools, neither of which looked particularly appealing, especially the one on the Boutique side. My room (311) was clean and tidy, but the bathroom had some problems. The bath was not installed properly and could have fallen over as it wasn't silicone sealed to the floor (no building safety checks in Cambodia). The bath tap had no hot water, only the shower did. The shower had no door, so the water splashed onto the floor and wall. This caused dampness in the bedroom wall. The room was supposed to be 40m2, but it was definitely smaller, even with the balcony. The hotel was also very noisy. There was a railway line next to it with passenger and freight trains passing by. Across the street, there was a house with chickens and a dog. The roosters started to crow at 4:30am and the dog barked soon after. I could not do anything about them because they belonged to a private Cambodian house. The best part of the hotel experience was the breakfast (except for the flies on the food that is sitting out) and the staff. They were all friendly.

Bella struttura con la scelta di camere n cappelli. Sulla riva che è terapeutico. Buona colazione diffusa, mini bar gratis, nuovi accessori per bagno. Prezzo ragionevole. Personale amichevole e utile. Accesso facile. Ha 2 piscine. Insegnamenti piuttosto nuovi e ben mantenuti.

- Le camere sono molto belle e tranquille, sono pulite, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, c'era un grande frigo, doccia calda, molto spazio e un buon fan. - Il prezzo è grande, poiché la maggior parte dei luoghi a Kampot sono più costosi per più di base - Amichevole personale - Nessun WIFI nella stanza così abbiamo usato dati che non erano una questione - Bella posizione e molto tranquillo

La stanza dell'hotel è molto pulita, la stanza è molto grande, il cameriere è molto caldo, il colazione dell'hotel è particolarmente delizioso 😋 e sano, la piscina dell'hotel è anche molto bella acqua e molto pulita, l'hotel ha un ambiente gratuito di barca 🚣 particolarmente piace l'hotel, molto bello 😍, questo hotel è anche molto adatto per la famiglia per portare i bambini e vivere, molto sicuro, I genitori sono molto sicuri che i bambini possano giocare in giardino 🥰

This is probably one of my strangest reviews I have written on a hotel. Firstly the hotel is set on a small island and the only way on and off is by a speedboat , which is great fun. The location of the hotel is about 7 km outside of Kampot so you will need a tuk tuk ride into town. So that is about the location of the hotel, lets now talk about the hotel its self. The rooms are all on stilts and connected by wooden walkways. The rooms have a small terrace and are very comfortable. You are offered to use bikes to get around the resort, this also is great fun and very unusual The facilities of the hotel offered are for potential families with swings, crazy golf and a large swimming pool, which is some distance from the reception area. There are plenty of sunbeds and places to sit near the pool for the number of guest we saw. This now brings to an observation, When we checked in, it appeared we were only 6or 7 other guests. Many of the areas were deserted and not staffed, so to get a drink by the pool required us to go back to reception and someone to serve us. So getting a drink could take 30 mins or so. However we stayed for 4 nights and by the 2nd day other guests had arrived and it was a little easier to get a drink or something to eat. It would have been better if the staff made themselves more visible than hide behind a bar that was not open. The food, the first couple of mornings it was a menu driven breakfast and unfortunately it was not that great, gold fried eggs. It appeared that they only had one member of staff who could speak English and when he was not on, a lot got lost in translation like asking for sugar. We ate there one evening and the food was expensive compare to outside of the resort and was again not of the best quality and being cold, which we had to send back. Day 3 and 4 with more guests a buffet breakfast was put on. The selection was adequate, but not great compared to other hotels we had stayed at. I do think this hotel is either suffering and still recovering from Covid or they are in a transition. It is potentially a gold mine if they had more guests and a good chef, also opened up the bar near the pool.

10년만의 캄보디아여행, 10년만의 베란다 리조트, 이 곳에 가고 싶은 마음에 코로나 이후 첫 여행지를 캄보디아로 정했어요. 꽤 오랜 시간이 흘렀지만 여전히 아름다운 곳이었습니다. 매일 아침 정성스럽게 준비해주시는 조식도 맛있었고! 인피니티풀에서 노을을 보며 마신 모히또 한 잔! 잊지 못할 추억이 될 것 같아요. 스탭분들도 늘 친절하게 맞아주셔서 머무는 동안 늘 환대받는 기분이었어요. 언제든 켑에, 캄보디아에 다시 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 그런 곳이에요. 오래오래 그 자리에 있어주길 바랍니다.
