The location is somewhat away from everything else. The restaurant is the jewel here. The food is excellent. The rooms, being right on the river front, were prone to having lots of insects in them. A wonderful place to stay in Kampot! About 5 to 10 minutes drive away from town. The staff were lovely and we feel we have friends in Cambodia now, should we visit again, we would hang out with Mizi, Lee and G'day as friends. They made our stay fantastic, particularly Mizi who we spent the most time with. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay wonderful. The pepper cocktails were great. We ate dinner & breakfast every single day in the hotel, the food here was incredible. I loved reading my book in the various comfortable spots around the hotel: hammocks, hanging chairs, circular cushioned seats. There were so many comfy seating areas. We liked our room, we had a bungalow room rather than a tree house. The price for the hotel is incredibly reasonable. We would highly reccomend and if you visit soon, please say hello to Mizi, Lee & G'day for us! PS: if you're a cat lover, you're in for a treat with a number of adorable friendly cats roaming around! We loved them.
