ถ้าจองไว้แค่นอนก็แนะนำค่ะ เพราะห้องไม่มีไรเลยและสภาพห้องค่อนข้างเก่าแต่ในห้องสะอาดเลยรับได้ส่วนระเบียงสกปรกมาก และที่ไม่โอเคมากๆ เลยคือ reception คืนที่เราเข้าเช็กอินห้องเรามีปัญหาล็อคประตูไม่ได้ แทนที่จะรีบลุกมาดูให้แต่กลับพูดด้วยน้ำเสียงที่ไม่ดีว่าห้องเต็มแล้วถามต่อว่ามันล็อคไม่ได้ยังไง? เราก็อธิบายไปว่าวงกบมันไม่สนิทมันเลยล็อคไม่ได้เราขอเปลี่ยนห้องจะเพิ่มเงินก็ได้ พนง.ถึงจะโทรหาใครสักคนแต่บังเอิญว่าแฟนเราหาวิธีล็อคได้เลยโทรมาบอกเรา ณ ตอนนั้นเรายัง prefer ที่จะเปลี่ยนห้องแต่พนง.ก็ยังเฉยจนเราบอกว่าไม่เป็นไรละค่ะ คืนนั้นก็ปิดประตูล็อคประตูดังปึ้งปั้งทั้งคืนอะ แต่คุณป้าคนตอนเช้าวันเช็กเอาท์ดีนะคะ พูดจาดียิ้มแย้มน่ารักมากค่ะ

โรงแรม ควรมีลิฟท์ หากมีกระเป๋าสัมภาระเยอะ หรือ หนัก หรือ มีคนสูงอายุ และเด็ก จะยกขึ้นชั้น 3 ไม่ไหว หรือหากไม่สามารถติดตั้งลิฟท์ ก็ควรจัดให้มีพนักงาน คอยช่วยบริการยกกระเป๋า สัมภาระ ไว้คอยบริการ สำหรับห้องพัก 302 วรปรับปรุงแก้ไข คือ เวลาเปิดใช้เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ไฟเพดานในห้องน้ำ จะกระพริบตลอดเวลา ทำให้ระแวง หรือหวาดกลัว รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภีัย ว่าจะมีไฟฟ้ารั่ว ลัดวงจรไนขณะอาบน้ำ หรือไม่ ? ควรรีบทำการปรับปรุงแก้ไข ด้วน !

ควรตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ในห้อง ให้สามารถใช้งานได้สะดวก เช่น สายข้อต่อฝักบัวอาบน้ำแตก ทำให้น้ำรั่วซึม , ท่อระบายน้ำทิ้งตัน , แผ่นกรองเครื่องปรับอากาศ สกปรก และตัน เต็มไปด้วยฝุ่นละออง
