Not bad , but if compare with other hot spring hotel I stayed before, this one was so so

Located at outskirt of Kyoto. If you are taking public transport, you need to take the JR to Kameoka station and there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel. However, you need to let the hotel know in advance if you need pick up service, they only have it for certain hours. Best way is to call or contact them via Facebook messenger. Very quiet and serene area. There's nothing much in the vicinity if you don't have a car. If you just want to relax and do nothing, then highly recommended. Do get the package with dinner and breakfast, otherwise there's not much around. The food is kaiseki style and tasty!

Breakfast provided was a simple Japanese style food. About 30mins walk across the lake for a magnificent view of my Fuji across the lake. Shuttle provided to the nearby train station too!

Food is great. I slept so well here. The futons are so comfortable.

Excellent service with a wide range of onsens/baths. Kaiseiki is quite gd woth around 8 courses

가족여행으로 방문했습니다. 전화로 셔틀버스 예약하고 갔는데 시내보다 많이 떨어져있습니다. 조용하고 공기 좋아서 만족스럽습니다. 석식과 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 대욕장과 노천탕은 나쁘지 않다고 생각합니다. 락스냄새가 조금 나요. 목욕하고 나와서 무료로 준다던 아이스크림이 없어서 살짝 아쉬웠네요. 노천탕이 딸려있는 방으로 예약을 했는데 분위기가 너무 좋고 대만족이었습니다. 침구 깨끗하고 푹신해서 침대보다 좋아요. 또 직원분들이 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 위치가 아쉬울지 모르지만 북적이지 않고 쇼엔소만의 분위기를 생각하면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

服務員非常友善，櫃檯、用餐廳、房間服務周到，環境也很優美，溫泉不是很大但有室內室外。

료칸 직원들 너무나 친절합니다. 호텔 내부도 청결하고, 인테리어도 좋아요 대욕장도 만족 조식, 석식도 너무 맛있어요

직원들 모두 친절하고 시설도 예쁘고 좋았습니다.  가족과 함께 일본 전통 료칸 잘 체험하고 돌아왔어요~ 교토에 다시 간다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

原來shuttle bus 要預約先至會喺龜崗站接送 呢個問題麻煩你哋下次要提醒其他客戶…如果唔係就好似我噉尋日要自己搭巴士…又浪費時間又浪費金錢。

私人溫泉♨️、一泊二食，體驗滿分，位置上有點遠，但有3班專車接送，可惜趕不上，但都有巴士到達，交通難道低，有私人溫泉房間數量有限，要提前預訂。

透過接送巴士服務（我到火車站透過資訊站幫我預約，幸好有位）到達後，原本是一位女服務員用日文負責接待，但後台有位男服務員（可能是經理）突然走出來跟進接待，當他用英語負責接待時，他只顧說完自己要講解的事後，每次只問understand? 及停頓一秒便繼續用英語講。這感覺連同行的朋友都感覺有點敷衍。 但晚上再見同一位服務員時，感覺較正常。 進入酒店時，感覺很華麗，有點進入「千與千尋」內的澡堂。超正
