Ho soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel situato sopra una collina poco dopo il centro di Faliraki. POSIZIONE: posizione ottima, a 200m c'è una fermata del bus che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Rodi (mi pare fino alle 15). La spiaggia di Antony Quinn è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15min e il centro di Faliraki in 20. Occhio alla salita 😉. CAMERA: la camera è ESSENZIALE, chi ha poche pretese si accontenta chi ne ha di più dubito. I letti sono puliti, ma secondo me andrebbe fatta una pulizia "pesante" soprattutto del bagno che l'ho trovato non ben messo. La stanza è molto rustica ed andrebbe modernizzata un minimo, nel complesso è soddisfacente, per chi deve solo dormirci e visitare il resto della giornata. STRUTTURA: oltre la camera, la struttura è veramente bella! La vista è pazzesca e grazie ad un terrazzino sopraelevato ci si può godere il tramonto. La piscina è tenuta bene e molto piacevole, ma sotto gli standard elevati italiani. SERVIZI: la colazione non l'ho trovata così male come vedevo dalle recensioni, certo è la classica colazione da hotel ma capace di accontentare tutti i gusti. Il bar, che da verso la piscina, è ben fornito e la cucina decisamente buona soprattutto quella tipica. PERSONALE: tutti vi accolgono con il sorriso e sono pronti per esaudire ogni richiesta/informazione. Il titolare offre anche un servizio taxi che deve essere preventivamente richiesto. Nel complesso mi sono decisamente trovato bene. Il prezzo è sotto la media di Faliraki (probabilmente anche per le camere), ma la vista, la piscina e la posizione mi fanno mettere un'ottima valutazione complessiva.

La struttura è molto bella soprattutto dov'è ubicata poichè in posizione molto strategica per le località da visitare da nord a sud dell'isola. La stanza molto bella come in foto ma la pulizia dei sanitari soprattuto praticamente assente. La colazione medicore ma anche nella sala colazioni la pulizia e scarsa. A parte il proprietario gli altri membri dello staff, probabilmente familiari, sono molto sgorbutici. Peccato perchè la struttura è davvero bella ed è trscurata sotto molti aspetti.

Easy checkin. The rooms were quite dated. The bed not very comfortable. Simple breakfast was adequate.

Basic but good room with a decent breakfast. A perfect swimming pool with a stunning view over the city and the sea. Good place to visit Rhodos city, Lindos, Faliraki,… Very helpful owner and super-friendly staff. To conclude: We had an absolute wonderful holiday. I would certainly recommend Ano Kampos

This was a lovely hotel. Nice pool with plenty of outdoor seating. Enough food choice at night with good prices.
Very close to lodika beach and Anthony Quinn bays. 5 mins in car with free parking but does get pretty full. Or a 30 min walk. Also close to faliraki for the night life.

1. The room was really basic.
2. The bed had no legs, just two mattresses on top of each other. As a blanket, was just a sheet. The bedclothes were not changed, the cleaners only made the bed.
3. The room hasn't any interior decoration. There is a lot of empty space in the room.
4. In the shower, you had to hold the shower head yourself. There were no hygiene items. The shower curtain came over the toilet, they were in the same corner. There were not enough towels.
5. The hotel was on top of a mountain. Poor transport connections. It was easiest to get there by walking, but in a hot climate it is very painful to walk back and forth for long distances.
6. The swimming pool was clean, the water cool. There was a spider in the small pool, which the staff did not remove. So you couldn't use the pool.
7. The breakfast was really bad. The time 7:30-10:30 breakfast schedule and the products ran out right around 9. No fruit, coffee ran out, no more water was brought, no berries, no different breads, no vegetable selection.
8. The restaurant was not good even for dinner. The products were out of stock. The 5 euro bread contained feta, tomato and oil. The bread was a hamburger bun. NOT GOOD!
9. The staff spoke bad English. They didn't know the taxi prices correctly and the amounts came as a surprise when we got to the destination.

Lovely family owned hotel in peacefull area near Faliraki centrum. There is near beautiful beaches Anthony Quinn Bay and Ladiko beach which are must to see. We rented car through hotel for one week which is good if you want to see more than just hotel area. Hotel pool and breakfast areas are clean and there is many beautiful details. Family room is quite basic but clean and it was enough for us. If you have any problem hotel staff will help you. Hotel owners were super lovely and Anastasia was so kind and even gave us their own made orange jam to take back to Finland. Would definitely come back!! - Sirpa
