Coperta piccola per due persone, bustine del caffe sigillate e possono essere aperte solo con coltello e/o forbici (che mancano in stanza), mancato refill/ricambio shampoo e gel doccia, condizionatore molto rumoroso

Recently I went on a business trip to Kaliningrad for the All-Russian Environmental Forum. My friends and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel. We was met a transfer to the hotel from airport. The hotel was wonderful. The service was at the highest level, the concierge met us welcome. Our room was small, but cozy and comfortable. I was glad that there was the iron, because I was worried that I couldn’t iron clothes. Every day our room was cleaned, bottles os still water were brought, towels, bathrobes and soap accessories were changed. The conference halls where the forum was held were spacious and cozy. There were massage chairs where we rested after a hard day. Breakfast was included in the prise and there was a special section for vegetarians. The hotel is located in the city centre next to the main square. Since all the attractions are outside the city, so it was convenient the there is a Northern railway station nearby and we could get to such cities as Svetlogorsk, Selenogradsk, Yantarny and on the Curonian Split. If you are a student, take a student card, because with it tickets for transport and museums are much cheaper.

So really appreciate the hospitilaty i have got in this hotel. Breakfast is perfect and bed was really amazing, I can't discribe all in a few words but this hotel is really awesome. The reception desk deals with complaints at once and fix the problem. THANKS!

I really enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu (Kaliningrad). Very clean rooms, excellent staff, very friendly environment, excellent food. All my requests were actioned immediately.
I would like to say special thank you to barmaids Jana & Aleksandra they both looked after me very well during my stay - 8 nights.

Regardless of whether you are traveling for leisure or business purposes you might choose this place to stay. It’s located in the very city center. All amenities are in excellent condition. Stuff is very friendly. Nice conditioning, beddings and sound insulation. Gym is ok too.

Отель в целом неплохой. Персонал вежливый. Номера чистые эргономичные, уборка в номерах хорошая. Не очень удобные подушки, но это на любителя. Завтраки неплохие. Но есть несколько недостатков напрямую связанных с экономией на мелочах, что конечно недопустимо в отелях класса, на который отель претендует. В номер на двоих кладется только один набор - один гель, одна зубная щетка, одна шапочка и тд На завтраке в 7 утра хорошая яичница, в 10 уже на вонючем масле. Масло видимо сливают и используют многократно. Это прям фу. Ну и самое неприятное - на ночь персонал выключает кондиционер (он же вентилляция). Фасады стеклянные с маленьким окошком, духота невыносимая ночью. На вопрос на репшн молодой человек замялся и сказал, что ... жалуются на слишком сильную вентилляцию, что ложь конечно, потому что ее можно отключить из номера. Ну вот поэтому на обратном пути остановимся в другом отеле.

Отдыхали в отеле с 22 по 24 февраля, компанией из трех семей. Все жили в разных категориях номеров. Хочется отметить работу персонала! Приветливые девушки на ресепшен, отличные бармены, улыбчивые горничные, прекрасный повар, что делает яичницу на завтрак) все очень понравилось, в номерах есть все удобства, подушки мягкие, звукоизоляция хорошая. Завтрак с шампанским и свежевыжатым соком замечательный. Это не первый наш визит в сеть отелей Рэдиссон (были в Питере, Сочи, Риге), но именно в Калининграде понравился больше всего. Огромное спасибо руководству отеля и всему персоналу за чудесный отдых! Обязательно вернемся вновь!
