My recent stay at hotel Sinclair Retreat Kalimpong was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with beautiful decor and a great fire place.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a highly recommended stay!". My special thanks to the GM Mr. Arnab Chakraborty, the front office staff Ms. Bimit Lepche and Mr. Beyoy, our most wonderful gardener Mr. Yougen Lepche and his team and the housekeeping staff Ms. Sarda and Ms. Kabita for taking care of us. The gardener showed us the most beautiful garden and cactus nursery in kalimpong...must visit that nursery

Very nice atmosphere, friendly relationship staff, food which they serve is very tasty. We mostly stay in attic room which is very spacious, clean and have a good view. Hotel have a big garden area which is very beautiful. Housekeeping , resturant , reception staff are very excellent on their services. Want to mention few names because will not fair if I not mention their names GM Mr Arnab.....Chef Sujit,Raju, Bejoy,Swastik and special mention Housekeeping Manger Mr Sunil Acharya who is very supportive gentleman. Great team Sinclairs Kalimpong....cheers guy's. Definitely recommend to all and plan to visit again.

Its just a WOW feeling that I can say just WOW, from the beginning till the end of our stay its just a WOW, we felt so important and respected by the staffs of the resort our three days stay was really paid off, we came from so far away land but our journey was worth, We liked the service and assistance of the front office staff as well as the cleaning staff as they are always smilingly did our request, manager was very attentive and always with us organizing and managing all our request with open heart and cheerful face, we are very happy with his service. We promised him to comeback with our family soon. Thank you so much Sinclair.

Trip and stay at Sinclairs resort was excellent. Food was also very good. Hospitality and behaviour housekeeping and receptionists was excellent. The view through windows was marvellous & unforgettable. Room service & cleanliness was also very good. They well maintained cleanliness of all area.The room was impeccably clean, offering a serene and scenic view that added to the sense of relaxation. Thank you Housekeeping Manager for your kind hospitality and thank you for making overall a memorable stay. Sinclairs Retreat in Kalimpong is generally well-regarded for its location, views and service. It's a good choice for travelers looking to enjoy peaceful retreat with good amenities.

This is our second visit …We loved the stay in your hotel. The surrounding view from hotel was very beautiful. On service part, I had never seen such a quick service in any hotel. You ring housekeeping/ service group and here he is in front of the room within 1 min.This was the standout for me. Food was also good. Got satisfactory support from housekeeping, especially from Housekeeping Manager. Thank you very much. Hope to meet again in future.

Very good hotel in kalimpong, side vews nice, Hotel room is very nice. Clean goodness all areas. Fooding is good. Hotels all staff behavior is good, all housekeeping staff are very good in their services. Hotel housekeeping manager and reception lady is very kind and helpful. We all team from COCOCOLA enjoyed a lot. Planning to visit again.

Sinclairs Retreat is a beautiful resort located in the lush greenery and scenic hills of Darjeeling Hills. The property offers spacious and well-maintained rooms with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers and those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. I appreciate the Hard work of the team . Housekeeping Manager and team are very much appreciable for their professional behavior and their great hospitability. I recommend everyone to visit this place once. Thank you for great experience. We will visit again.

Good feeling hospitality was great to go at this hotel, very calm and cleaned environment the housekeeping service are on best in class the person who cleans our room is humble and very kind she is always ensure everything is cleaned ie bathrooms, rooms, bed every thing is on top notch which indicates they are well trained and professional. I meet with manager Mr Sunil Acharya and staff Sourav and Suraj they are very much loyal and proactive. We enjoyed over stay a lot kudos to all team Sinclairs.
