- One of the best location in Kalimpong. - All the staff are extremely courteous and helping - Food quality is also good. - 5th floor room sizes are quite large - Upkeep of the room and lilen were impressive. - it will be good if they can make the landing floor (floor 0) little impressive.

Best ever service and location in Kalimpong. The room was spacious and clean. They upgraded us to the Premium valley view room from where we had a great view of Kanchenjunga . All staff were very polite and helpful - at the restaurant, bar as well as the Gazebo . I would particularly mention Elbina who took great trouble to get some local cheese . So sweet of her

Superb hotel, staff, rooms, views- GREAT. Elina was very efficient and served with a smile. The souz chef was very particular about our needs. The rooms are quite large and with a view of the Kanchanjanga. It was raining when we arrived but next day was surprised by a breathtaking view of the Kanchanjanga. I found Kalimpong better than Darjeeling

Big property, Good Location with mesmerizing views, lots of open spaces, swimming pool, well manicured lawns. We were given a complimentary upgrade to garden suite room from premium view room...additional thanks to front staff for providing free extra bed on request for the child.......Food variety and taste was excellent and well presented as well. Chef here is highly appreciated for the contribution...Restaurant staff was prompt in service, Housekeeping staff though need to understand the promptness and importance of time. Overall a pleasing stay and recommended to all.

Everything was excellent. Suman helped us get a Beautiful room on check in and helped us feel settled. Bhumi and Sukriti from reception was so helpful and kind. Loved interacting with them. Butish the bartender Made AMAZING cocktails. I recommend asking him for his recommendations for cocktails. Pritika and Elbina at the resturant were so attentive to every need. Thank you so much for such efficient service. Big thanks to the whole team for making the stay so memorable Definitely recommended for any type of group. Will surely visit again.

Had a wonderful time with my family. The staffs were really good.. specially Ms Bhumi from reception was really sweet and went out of the way to help me and my family. Such a wonderful place to relax.. I would surely recommend this property to my closed one! Very beautiful experience and well collected memories

Staff is professional, well-behaved and polite.They give warm traditional welcome with welcome drink.Room is clean having nice view of garden and Kanchanjanga. Having restaurant and bar on Frist floor having both Veg and Non veg delicious food. Total stay was Comfortable

All the staffs are very helpful, well-behaved and very friendly. Awesome views from the room and food quality is also awesome. Rooms are well maintained, bathrooms are too clean also, but don't give toothpaste, other than they give chewing gum and then have to brush teeth. They don't give sandal also for room use.
