Most amazing hospitality I have ever had in India or abroad hotels. The staffs are most courteous, well behaved and most helpful in terms of arranging what ever you required for. I needed pain killer but they did have it in hotel and I approached at the reception for the urgent help and the guy took the necessary action and arranged the same from outside within 20 mins of time. The staffs at dinning hall, special mention Sumitra and Dipankar, are the best hosts to give us the best of the services. From security to a learner staffs always ready to give you a special feelings as their guest. I would highly recommend this property for your stay at Kalimpong.

My original stay for 2 days at Kalimpong was at some OTHER hotel. But preferred to leave that property the next day itself to try another one for expected level of comfort and leisure. That proved to be an ABSOLUTE decision. Location, ambience, hospitality...everything was what I looked for. Ms. Sumitra at the restaurant was perfect to understand the requirements of an elderly couple of 73+ and took care of us in such a wonderful way. Thanks Fortuna 😊

Amazing experience at this resort. By far the best customer service I have ever seen in any Indian resort. Right from the time you check in till the time you check out the staff always tries to make you feel special. The staff is very friendly. Food has been the highlight of our stay. Very polite and friendly staff. The service provided by Deepankar and Sumitra was beyond our expectation. Thanks a lot for making our stay so comfortable. Will love to visit this place once again

The rooms were very well maintained and the staff was very kind and sweet too. Everything was top notch. The dining experience was very good and service provided by Nikhil was very pleasant and kind 😊. Would recommend the stay here at this resort !

Very neat and beautiful place? Excellent staff. Special mention of Shubhankar and Nikhil as such courteous staffs. A memorable stay indeed! The staffs are different from any other hotel. We would love to visit again and refer to our friends too.

The entire experience from check-in to check out - was an absolute delight. The resort maybe rated 4 stars, however the service levels and guest centricity is a commendable 5 star experience. The special touches from the ambiance , high tea, the lighting of candles and lamps in the evening , breakfast and dinner spread , LIVE music( awesomesness!) and the entire team is phenomenal. The size of the rooms, views and housekeeping is brilliant. Great place to chill, reconnect , have best conversations and lots of laughs , such was the environment. Everyone is helpful , always ready to go the extra mile - such a great guest experience. Amazing team members for special mention are : TANIA, BHUMI, BIVEK, ROMIT, SUJAM, RAJU, DIPANKER, SNEHA, ASHITHA, SUMITRA, AJAY......Overall highly recommended. Stayed in premium category room (Room no. 301). Ventilation is missing in the room. If temperature becomes little high, then room becomes suffocating. Everything else is excellent. The staff took good care & is helpful. Shubhankar made us very comfortable & made us feel homely. The Zodiac restaurant is excellent. Sumitra took good care & attention for everything. Made us comfortable. Had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay as usual. We have stayed in this property a number of times. The behaviour of all the staffs from security to reception service dining and reservation are simply excellent. The rooms are clean and lighted ideal for vacation and study. The surroundings are serene and scenic. Thanks to Nikhil, Dipankar, Sumitra, Suraj Bhan, Suman (reservation) , Arijit, GM Mr Sengupta and all for your greetings and efforts to make our stay a memorable one. We will surely visit again.
