Aloha Myself And Wife Took Our First International Trip I Stumbled Across Creta Vitalis On A Search And Boy Am I Glad I Did The Staff Is So Accommodating Friendly And Kind Felt Like Staying With Family Breakfast Was Amazing Staff Hardworking And Attentive Check In So Welcoming And Full Of Suggestions Made Return Home Tuff We Wanted To Stay And Swim At Kalathas Beach Some More Chania And Crete As A Whole Made Lasting Impression Creta Vitalis You Are In Out Hearts Forever We Will Meet Again In The Near Future Mahalo And Aloha From Kauai Dominic And Irene 🤙🏽

Just returned home after a fantastic week away at Creta Vitalis with my girlfriend, everything was fantastic and can’t believe I’m back home in England :( The weather was extremely hot just as we like it :) The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Hotel staff was fantastic, the elderly gentleman who I believe owns the hotel was very friendly with us and made us feel very welcome and made us laugh with his great sense of humour 😁 Rooms cleaned and fresh towels almost everyday and the cleaner was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would 100% stay here every time I visit Crete, you just get left alone to do your own thing with nobody bothering you which is very good, Also as others have said they isn’t any paths to walk on so your mainly walking on the road to the shop/restaurants or beach. There is not much about so to see other villages you really need a car or to use the bus, but we just stayed local and relaxed all holiday ☺️ This place is very close to the airport too and you see planes ✈️ flying over very low often which I thought was fantastic 😃 there is an airbase near by and fighter jets fly out which can be very loud! We will be back next year 😎👍🏼

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at! The room was perfect, the staff were warm and welcoming, and it felt extremely safe for a female solo traveler. I would come back here any time and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at the hotel for the last week of our holiday and were slightly taken aback when shown to our room. Pictures on booking websites along with the information relating to it, were unfortunately not a true representation of it. The pool bar remained closed throughout our stay which we found disappointing and ended up at Lena Beach Hotel which for the same money was simply wonderful!! The pool tiles were filthy all around the edges and the depth signage were all loose and randomly placed around the outer edge. Breakfast was like a scene from Fawlty Towers and if you wanted your bread toasted, you had to hand the slices over to the person in the kitchen. We ate there once and that was enough. If you are driving, be extremely careful as there is no mirror on the very busy main road that you need to cross to get into the carpark. We took deep breaths each time we had to do so. There are amazing places nearby but a car is almost a must in this area as there are no pavements and very limited places to walk to. Highlight was the adorable cat that used to greet us in the morning and evenings upon our return. Room was generally clean and functional but not as the picture. Such a shame as the place has bags of potential.

Super friendly staff, some of the most accommodating people I've ever met nothing is too much trouble for these guys rustic charm and beautiful swimming pool, gorgeous beach close by and excellent breakfast if you are driving this location is perfect with breath taking views around, very peaceful and all around lovely experience HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Wir mussten eine Buchung für 4 Nächte kurzfristig wegen einer Erkrankung absagen und hatten angefragt, ob auf dem Kulanzweg eine Reduzierung der Stornokosten von 100% möglich sei. Wir sagten dabei zu, das Creta Vitalis erneut zu buchen, wenn der Trip nachgeholt wird. Dies wurde abgelehnt und das Hotel bestand auf voller Bezahlung. In der heutigen Zeit ist dieses Verhalten äußerst kundenunfreundlich. Wir werden dort natürlich nicht wieder buchen!
