Pros: staff was very friendly. The pool room was nice and entertaining for the kids. Location is in a quiet spot of town. Good beer menu at the bar.
Not so great: for being renovated from top to bottom just five years ago, this place is looking run down. Our carpets in our room were straight up gross. Like frosting and chocolate ground into the carpet. Carpet pulling away from the walls. Dead bugs in the corners. Same in the hallways. For some reason used to have a thermostat, but when they removed it they just ripped it off the wall? Caulk coming up in the bathroom that could be such an easy fix for a maintenance staff that gave a darn about the property. The condition of the property is what you’d expect at an $89 room, not $150.

Nice hotel. Staff hasn’t seemed all to welcoming.
The Hot tub is closed off and when we politely asked the security guard why, he replied with “I don’t know, it’ll be open when it opens” then continued to walk away.
Pool was cold & cloudy, didn’t seem too clean.
My nephew swam for a little while tho and was fine.

Only thing i did not like is a 100 dollar deposit that will not be refunded right away. I do not like that at all. If you take a deposit it should be returned as soon as you checkout

Was a nice hotel in a quiet area. Can get busy during the day if there are groups staying here as it's also a big conference place. The biggest plus was the hotel room TV having Netflix built in. Be prepared to pay $100 deposit that the hotel will hold interest-free for at least SEVEN DAYS after you check out. Late at night I noticed some creepy crawlers scaling the walls in the hallways. A quick Google search and I think they might have been conifer seed bug possibly. Once you go up the elevator to your room and try to come back to the lobby, you will notice the entire hotel feels like a giant maze and almost simulation vibes in a way.
No microwave in the rooms. You'll have to walk your happy buns down to the lobby, resisting the $5 cans of soda sitting next to the microwave.

staff was grate but water in da pool was cold tv on one of rooms didn’t work i just went for the hot tub it wasn’t available i could not cancel my reservation
