Hotel in zona The Church of Agioi Apostoloi, Kalamata

It was a very good experience. especially because of room and the STUFF.. We have been in a junior suit (the regular rooms are not very spacious as the suits). If one needs not a noisy room - better those facing the smaller road. breakfast (buffet) was very good (except coffee - see later). and All the stuff at the hotel were sympathetic and cooperative. Most of the time we met one of them (a guy who was there between 20 may till 22 may. (forgot names) who was very very nice.. The location is good. within a walking distance to everything. no parking problems. There is only one thing - the hotel is graded 5 stars, but somehow it lacks amenities that are trivial in 4 and and even many 3 stars hotel, like: tissues, conditionner, body lotion in the room.(these days also coffee machine with capsules has become quite basic). on the other hand - bathrobes and slippers are there. No coffee machine - for espresso and capuccino- even at breakfast.

We've just got back from the beautiful hotel, We stayed in room 115 which had the private pool , the room was quite big, with a massive soft bed might be too soft for some as I took us a couple of night to get use to it , we both slept really well and woke up very relaxed, there is also a small fridge , table, with a kettle, you also got tea, coffee, sugar ect, also a mirror on (in) the table, 2 spacious wardrobes, (one had a safe in ) the bathroom area had a shower, (quite small ) a bath which also had an over bath shower, the sink area was quite small, not many places to put your toiletries on, but the whole room was extremely clean, we had a ”garden view” room, not much of a garden tbh, a ***** of grass (that needed cutting ) a tree and a couple of hedges, next to a fence which separated us from the next door hotel (which at times was quite noisy if you were sitting out) there was 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs and a table, and a small plunge pool, not heated, but very nice after spending all day at the beach in +30° . The pool area was big with plenty of sun loungers and a covered area (we didn't spend much time at the pool area) there was a pool bar (where you go and get your beach towels ) which was well stocked and the staff were amazing, so friendly, nothing was too much for them, and they always greeted you with a smile, just cross the road was the beach (pebbley not sandy ) again plenty of sun beds, there was a waiter there who would bring you drinks, food ect, also very friendly. The reception area was beautiful and very clean. The receptionist always greeted you with a smile and were very warm and welcoming. The cleaners work very hard and are an absolute credit to this hotel. Breakfast. There was a good choice, breads, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, ham, eggs, sausage, ect ,the *hot food * was not hot and sat in warming trays , but I did get used to it, the Breakfast was the same every day, The coffee was nice, and again the the breakfast staff were lovely. This hotel was great we have come back home feeling very relaxed and chilled. The only Negative was the cold breakfast,

We absolutely adored our stay here! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it the best sleep of our vacation. The deck was truly wonderful, and the pools were nothing short of fantastic. To top it all off, the breakfast was great, especially the cappucino. A nice outdoor setting for a meal. It's the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate. Be sure not to miss out on visiting Ancient Messene, and if you're looking for some excellent dining options, check out Taverna Agrilia (just a few steps away) and Ksimeroma (down on the main road).

Un vero hotel 5 stelle e servizi! Abbiamo iniziato il nostro viaggio lì e ci piaceva tanto che ci prenoteremo la fine del nostro viaggio lì! Un hotel davvero fantastico!

Ci siamo trovati magnificamente bene in questa struttura. Il solo scrivere questa recensione mi fa venir voglia di tornarci. L' accoglienza alla reception è stata deliziosa da parte di una ragazza sempre sorridente e cordiale di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome. Pulizia della camera e dei luoghi comuni eccezionale. Letto comodo, arredamento curato. Colazione varia e di buona qualità. Possibilità di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio privato. E' possibile cenare la sera nel loro ristorante (abbiamo avuto una cena di pesce veramente squisita). Uno dei posti che ricorderemo con più nostalgia tra i tanti dove abbiamo soggiornato in venti anni di Grecia e dove speriamo presto di tornare.
