Descrizione della struttura
Kereru cottage is set amongst large home orchard & garden, its quiet and private with its own entrance and access way to come and go. A spacious modern cottage with generous bedroom/full wardrobe etc and a comfortable queen sized bed. There is a sunny outdoor deck area and small bbq provided - also direct access to large swimming pool for (guests use only) just a few steps away. Just 1 km to Kaiterteri for the morning coffee or access to the Able Tasman. Also access to the Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park with a track entrance directly across the road.
Upto 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the futon style sofa bed in the lounge area. There is extra seating in the lounge in addition to the sofa bed.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.Ok for family of three or four with children 12 +.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.Smoking outside only.About events:No events allowed.Large pool for guests use only, no glass poolside.

great stay in kaiteriteri
Wonderful private cottage on a beautiful property, beautiful landscaping with lots of birdsong, comfy bed, all the kitchen amenities. The pool is a very nice bonus. Friendly caring host - Merv was great. Thank you for a great stay!

Private Paradise
A beautiful private space to stay next door to Kaiteriteri, spacious and clean with a lovely private pool area. Perfect place to relax for a few days and a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

Mark was very accommodating and friendly. Room had everything and more. Beautiful views and pool to soak up the sunshine. Short walk to Stephens bay. Lovely garden and outdoor table/furniture. Great for birdwatching and had a local weka we saw a couple times. Overall 10/10 experience and we can't wait to come back!

Holiday stay
Nice holiday location, very quiet and nice garden. Only the plastic curtains smell awful.

Merv's place is great!
Merv's place was fantastic, including the pool for a nice plunge on a hot day. His back yard is lovely and we loved morning coffee sitting quietly and listening to the birds.

Good batch without full realistic description
It is very wrong not to advice the property location and communication opportunity before paiment.
All other things results. Probably it is Bookabatch problem.
