UUtente anonimoDuring my stay at this homestay, my wife and I received detailed instructions on how to get a taxi and to use the nearby transportation from the hotel staff at the start. The hotel's top floor rooms offered a great view upon arrival, and they were cleaned every day by the hotel's staff. This hotel offers authentic Kaiping cuisine. The most interesting thing is that the owner sings very well and invites guests to sing karaoke.I look forward to staying here again in the future.

UUtente ospiteThis is a beautiful homestay in the middle of an ancient village and close to the main road. If you do not want to walk, they have a rental bike. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although they speak little English, Google Translate has helped. They serve a beautiful table service breakfast. Like most farm homestays in China. They do not have a restaurant. But there is a big one in the next village, and it is walkable. Otherwise, the main square will be 10 minutes away by (DiDI) taxi.
The homestay is a renovated Diaolou built over 100 years ago. The stairs were shallow and steep because it is the originals. You can read about their beautiful and extraordinary transformation on the wall of the beautiful Lobby. The room was beautifully furnished, and the A/C and WiFi work beautifully, especially in Southern China. The humidity could be unbearable, which is a big plus. The shower was large and clean, with plenty of hot water. There were also a lot of outside areas. Some rooms also include a private patio and balcony. The amenities were first class: a very comfortable bed and fresh sheets. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want to visit Kaiping. I will be back again. Book fast. I am sure most travelers will find out about this gem soon.

CCary KoThis hotel was opened December 2023. So it is relatively new. The services were good, the room was nice and big with a few new technologies such as powered drapes, electric toilers. Robot for water/shaver delivery (cute).
It is located near the biggest mall 東匯城 (1.2km) in Kaiping. Lots of restaurants there.
I would stay there again if I ever go to 開平 again.

The room was modest size and basic but all details for comfy stay are extremely well provided for, eg., Shower, bedside light controls and charging ports, and the high tech heated automatic toilet seat has not been matched on our trip.

PPei TzeUna menzione speciale al dipartimento frontale che è stato così utile ed efficiente per affrontare le nostre chiamate da come arrivare da Kaipingnan a organizzare una bella celebrazione di bday per mia madre celebrando il 70° e ordinando il nostro trasporto da Chikan a Zilicun. Essi fanno grande giustizia all'hotel e sono molto grati per il loro aiuto.
In aggiunta, l'hotel è nuovo e pulito e ben situato. In tutto, è un A+ da me!

SStevan AntonijevicStay in this hotel was good. Rooms are clean, everything looks new. The stuff was very nice and polite. They spoke a bit of English with us. But anyway, everything was clear and ok.
Breakfast is poor, it is a buffet, but not much to offer. Food was fresh and the restaurant was clean and new. But they only had noodles, couple of different vegetables, eggs, some bread options and that's it. Hotel is not that big, not so many guest and it is not crowded. Which was good.

自駕前往，到北門看到有酒店住客停車專區，告知保安我們住酒店的，卻還是攔着不讓我們進，要停到更外面的地方，走得更遠。
讓我活久見的是，在這非一線城市偏遠的地方非節假日950一晚的酒店，加水居然要加錢，住過那麼多酒店，經濟型到五星級都住過不知道多少了，第一次碰到加水要收錢這種情況，普通民宿都沒有這麼摳的。
另外加被子也説沒有，當天也不是什麼節日，我們特地週日晚住，避開週六錯峯出行，我看平台都房源充足不是滿房狀態。
本來看中這家有泳池，也説沒有開放。
作為親子酒店，窗户沒有任何安全保障。有小朋友的一定要看好。也沒有紗窗，蚊子好多，插着電蚊香液沒有效果。
毛巾有黑色小蟲在上面爬，衞生狀況堪憂。
水壓不穩定，洗個澡水温忽冷忽熱太折騰了！
除了裝修好看，位置優越，在景區裏慢慢逛逛是挺舒服的，酒店內其他體驗感真的很不好，沒有什麼服務可言。
景區內酒店不知道是不是統一管理，希望管理者看看住客們的真實感受，不要好好的一個酒店給服務給敗壞了！

MMary Wilson AndersonThe hotel was very well located, it is between two villages, I recommend renting a bike from the hotel which costs 40 RMB per day and cycling around. Distance between the village is 15-20 min. It's not very easy to ask for Didi, you can get it but it takes time and you have to be trying until getting one. Very Clean room, comfortable bed and with bathroom amenities. AWESOME STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL!

UUtente ospiteWe were very excited at the thought of visiting the diaolous but the only bus from Shunde to Kaiping departed at almost 14:00!! By the time we arrived it was already too late to venture out to the diaolous. The guy at the reception felt our pain and gave us helpful suggestions on what to do while we were there.
The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the bus station, the riverside and the street lined with gold(shops) on both sides of the divide.
However the hotel itself had definitely seen better days.
But it was clean, the basic amenities were provided and we had a good night’s sleep. Overall the service was excellent. And the price commensurates with what were offered.
