Upon Checkin the receptionist was quite stern and unfriendly. Rather disappointing considering the hotel is advertised as a family friendly hotel.
Location was great but hotel staff were unable to speak English.
Breakfast was inadequate because many things were unavailable once finished. They were unable to replenish the food. The hotel should consider getting more coffee machines. There was always a queue for coffee.
The ancient city was fantastic. I’ll definitely return but not to this hotel.

還有送的DIY曲奇🍪製作～
房間設施床品都很不錯的
接待服務和工作人員都很熱情
不愧是江門人的迪士尼，期待再來！

景區統一管理的酒店，服務有待提高，到酒店時門口小哥哥沒有幫忙拿下行李，衹是看着，真的就是看着我一個個費勁的擰進去。在美堂酒店用午餐時，需要加水，收空盤，得到的回答是：找服務員。所以上菜的小哥哥是什麼崗位呢？
不過有一説一，房間是受深小朋友喜歡的。

親子友好，孩子在房間玩得不願出去。早餐在不遠處的美堂酒店就餐，工作日不是自助而是套餐，孩子有小童套餐，雞蛋羹那種，大寶寶有點吃不飽。不足之處是房間窗户沒有紗窗，不敢開窗，屋內發現了隱翅蟲和蚊子。
赤坎古鎮的表演很精彩，展示了赤坎的歷史，華僑的赤誠之心，很感動。

酒店在鎮子的中間，來去都比較方便。而且去主要的景點都方便，比如晚上看火秀就在邊上。
酒店房間設施都比較新，也適合帶小朋友玩，要是遊玩設施能夠更多清掃就更加好了

關於價格，我是攜程會員，訂完才看到其他平台非會員價格都比攜程便宜，感覺自己是冤種。
自駕前往，到北門看到有酒店住客停車專區，告知保安我們住酒店的，卻還是攔着不讓我們進，要停到更外面的地方，走得更遠。
讓我活久見的是，在這非一線城市偏遠的地方非節假日950一晚的酒店，加水居然要加錢，住過那麼多酒店，經濟型到五星級都住過不知道多少了，第一次碰到加水要收錢這種情況，普通民宿都沒有這麼摳的。
另外加被子也説沒有，當天也不是什麼節日，我們特地週日晚住，避開週六錯峯出行，我看平台都房源充足不是滿房狀態。
本來看中這家有泳池，也説沒有開放。
作為親子酒店，窗户沒有任何安全保障。有小朋友的一定要看好。也沒有紗窗，蚊子好多，插着電蚊香液沒有效果。
毛巾有黑色小蟲在上面爬，衞生狀況堪憂。
水壓不穩定，洗個澡水温忽冷忽熱太折騰了！
除了裝修好看，位置優越，在景區裏慢慢逛逛是挺舒服的，酒店內其他體驗感真的很不好，沒有什麼服務可言。
景區內酒店不知道是不是統一管理，希望管理者看看住客們的真實感受，不要好好的一個酒店給服務給敗壞了！

房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全，前台服務非常到位，態度友好，一直都是笑容滿面的。入住前告知我如何停車，如何如何進園區，如何搭接駁車等等，到達後又貼心的介紹園區遊玩的路線，一百個贊！酒店無論到哪裡遊玩都非常方便，幾乎在景區中央位置。早餐到美堂酒店吃，也很方便，就在附近。整個感覺很好。

房間設施齊全，房間也很大，和這個房有兩張床，還不錯，就在古鎮裏面，出行很方便，有個小泳池可以玩玩水，小孩玩得很開心。
