Upon Checkin the receptionist was quite stern and unfriendly. Rather disappointing considering the hotel is advertised as a family friendly hotel.
Location was great but hotel staff were unable to speak English.
Breakfast was inadequate because many things were unavailable once finished. They were unable to replenish the food. The hotel should consider getting more coffee machines. There was always a queue for coffee.
The ancient city was fantastic. I’ll definitely return but not to this hotel.

房間乾淨整潔，前台姐姐服務很好，態度也好。套餐送的冰雪世界很好玩，入住當天剛好是我生日，酒店特意送了個蛋糕給我，太驚喜啦！第一次遇到這麼好的酒店🏨開💗💗，送的早餐也很豐盛，下次來玩還是選這家酒店。😘😘😘

房間乾淨舒服，房間裏面積木牆孩子很喜歡，一樓有小朋友的游泳池和遊樂園，天氣熱的時候可以留在酒店玩。前台林舒亭小姐姐服務熱情細緻，反饋問題後處理十分迅速，非常專業。整個園區也比較舒適，平日去人不算多，表演都挺好看的，很適合休閑放鬆。

賓至如歸的服務，家父生日還準備了生日蛋糕，十分滿意！酒店設施一流，特別為孩子準備了床圍以及國內適配的充電器，樓下就有娛樂設施，孩子十分喜歡。電車接送，及時方便。在離開的過程中，不慎遺失了手機，特別感謝巢棲酒店的彭孝紅女士，小輝小哥，擺渡車司機張啟忠先生，以及赤坎古鎮全體工作人員的迅速響應，鼎力相助，在手機遺失的半個小時內就找到了，在此深表感謝！

房間很特別，小朋友很喜歡，設計很方便，4個人住很寬敞，窗户臨街，外面可以看到步行街，兩邊騎樓風格建築，很出景，酒店送了diy做曲奇餅乾，很有意思，酒店內配有遊樂設施，適合遛娃，距離鐺鐺車總站很近，可以體驗一下民國風情，天黑了之後更出景，我們5點入住，直接紅色婚禮後就天黑了，剛好體驗鐺鐺車的獨特風情。第二天早餐在美唐酒店餐廳就餐，非常豐富，味道也不錯，中午退房後，前台小彭姐姐給我們辦理了行李拖管，非常熱情的做了遊覽指引，離開的時候還送了小禮物，赤坎很美，巢棲很棒！非常不錯的一次古鎮旅行

景區的配套設施也非常完善，遊客在這裏可以享受到各種便利服務，使得遊玩體驗更加愉悦。
景區的食物真是太好吃了，每一道菜都充滿了地方特色，讓人回味無窮。此外，景區的住宿條件也非常不錯，乾淨舒適、價格合理。
景區的服務態度非常周到，每一位工作人員都熱情友好，讓人感受到了家的温暖。同時，景區的安全措施也非常完善，讓人倍感安心。
這個景區真的太美了，每一處都宛如一幅畫卷，讓人流連忘返。
這個景區給我留下了深刻的印象，無論是自然風光還是人文景觀都非常出色，強烈推薦給喜歡旅遊的朋友們。

房間非常乾淨整潔，床品很舒服。酒店的工作人員很有耐心且有禮貌。從北停車場有電瓶車送到酒店。酒店還有有適合小孩玩耍的地方，有曲奇的diy活動，非常贊。離打鐵花的地方也很近，有機會再來，會再次選擇這家酒店。

親子酒店一點也不親子，不知道為什麼排江門親子第一名，放在其他熱門旅遊城市都是不及格的表現。
環境:
舊，很多裝修破了沒有翻新。隔音效果非常差，不是用水泥牆隔的，而是用木隔開的。
房間:我們訂的是追光，進去看一點也不光。後來才知道這名字的用意。有窗等於沒有窗。因為這窗對面是一堵牆。相當於城市裡麪的暗房。試問，帶娃入住這樣的房間，來這邊旅遊，心情是怎麼樣?
價格:
貴得離譜，我真是大冤種，1千多我住什麼不好?我還不如入住金墟，價格比這便宜，停車也方便，而且房型好，或者我開車20分鐘去住譚江半島江景房多好，價格是這一半。這房型和x天酒店的無窗差不多，而x天衹要100多。
服務:
重點來了，既然是親子，又是夏天來玩，在景區內，根本沒有為房客着想，多要幾瓶水居然要錢?你這水成本最多一兩毛，你為了這一兩毛讓人主動給你差評，你這不就是找罵嗎?我入住這麼多酒店裡麪，就衹聽説你要錢?不是這錢我出不起，而是不爽。一千多的房費，你多給幾瓶怎麼了?我去其他地方的酒店，人家巴不得主動提供多點礦泉水。
衞生:
臟，特別是公共區域，沒有人管理，到處是沙子，我懷疑沒有消毒，而且特別臟，舊，不要讓小孩去那邊玩。
安全:
什麼人都可以去公共區域，什麼人都可以按電梯上去。前台問都沒有問。試問你有考慮過住客的安全不。
