Upon Checkin the receptionist was quite stern and unfriendly. Rather disappointing considering the hotel is advertised as a family friendly hotel.
Location was great but hotel staff were unable to speak English.
Breakfast was inadequate because many things were unavailable once finished. They were unable to replenish the food. The hotel should consider getting more coffee machines. There was always a queue for coffee.
The ancient city was fantastic. I’ll definitely return but not to this hotel.

房間比較小，洗手間很大，早餐在美堂酒店吃，不錯，就是要走兩分鐘才到。房間有個露台，但親子房的那床比較小和短，是適合孩子睡的床，成人睡不太合適，房間層高比較高。是在景區裏，步行到煙花點很近，這點比較好。

很棒的酒店！地理位置基本在古鎮中心，去哪都很方便；房間設施也很童趣，孩子非常喜歡；酒店人員滿分服務，酒店到停車場無限次接駁，幾乎不需要等待。早餐在美堂酒店吃，距離也很近。很棒的一次入住體驗！

房間沒有特別寬敞，但是夠住，主要是小朋友玩的開心，早餐在美堂吃的，環境好，親子酒店有泳池和其他遊玩設施，還贈送了DIY餅乾，這個體驗很好，下次來還會選擇這裏，希望還有送餅乾製作體驗

酒店人員服務態度好，園區裏面的工作人員加強都非常有熱情，親子酒店的設施完善。房間的話，上床都有準備床鋪就更好了，畢竟有空餘的位置可以睡覺。酒店就在園區的中心，位置非常方便，聖誕氛圍好濃厚。小童樂園可以更早開門就好了。不得不説自助早餐真的十分豐富，有廣東早茶的風味，排骨、蝦餃等，小朋友玩得好開心。

無限次三人赤坎古鎮門票:入住的時候會拍照辦理，提前會打電話加微信發送導航和注意事項
行李託運:到了停車場找接駁車接送，路上還遇到巡遊，享受VIP待遇。
設施：房間的熱水不夠熱，雖然熱但喜歡熱的人表示還差點。水壓也不夠，洗的不夠爽。其他沒啥問題。自費宵夜也還行

很適合親子出遊的酒店，有恆温戲水池，有小童樂園，房間裏面也有積木可以玩，在景區裏面距離火秀廣場衹要3分鐘的距離，真的特別方便，房間裝修風格也看起來比較舒服，挺滿意的

酒店很漂亮，服務也很好，唯一不足之處就是洗澡水的温度不夠燙，其餘都很滿意，小孩玩滑梯玩得很開心，離看火秀的地方很近

挺好的親子酒店啊，住得開心滿意，叫前台加床圍和牙膏牙刷拖鞋的也很快！自駕車停在景區外面，接送車到酒店
