Ho soggiornato in un hotel qualche anno fa, e chiaramente devo dire che sono rimasto in preoccupazione dopo il terremoto, ma vedo che l'edificio è molto solido e che secondo le informazioni che ho ricevuto dalla ricezione, non ha alcuna intenzione di ospitare le autorità ufficiali interessate. Dopo aver appreso, mi sono allegrato, mi piaceva la varietà del colazione e il buffet, le stanze erano molto belle e pulite, e mi fa piacere a tutti i dipendenti e amministratori, e grazie.

Otel çalışanlar o kadar ilgili ve tatlıydı ki ve o kadar memnun kaldık ki anlatamam. Otel konumu tam merkezde, hemen hemen her yere 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve tam teamvay istasyonu önünde bulunuyor. Check-in öncesi ve check-out sonrasında sürekli kahve ve çay ikramları ve güler yüzleri için çalışanların hepsine teşekkür ederiz :) Gastronomi için geldiğimiz seyehatimizden çok memnun kaldık ve tekrar gelirsek yine bu oteli tercih edicez

Come dipendenti dell'IHG, abbiamo prenotato 2 camere in quel hotel, perché il prezzo, i vantaggi e la posizione, ovviamente. Per fortuna, il mio amico conosce la lingua. Altrimenti non c'è possibilità di comunicare. Quando siamo arrivati alle 23:00, volevamo entrare, e l'uomo alla ricezione non disse inglese... Viene un altro, neanche inglese. Il mio amico li ha chiesto dei benefici dei dipendenti, non avevano idea, e ci ha detto di chiedere il supervisore il mattino prossimo. Non aveva idea e ci ha detto di chiedere il prossimo. Il prossimo era lo stesso da check-in.. Il mio amico ha chiamato la ricezione per informare che entrambe le camere non funzionano la scatola di sicurezza, nessuno è venuto. Il giorno dopo che abbiamo chiesto ai puliziari e li hanno riparati. Lo stesso di carta da bagno.. dopo 8 ore e dopo 3 chiamate ci hanno portato. Anche non hanno aiutato è quando durante mezzanotte abbiamo bisogno di una farmacia. Ci hanno detto di google per trovare uno. Si sente così male quando si può non comunicare in un hotel 4 stelle. Dall'altra parte un ringraziamento speciale ai puliziatori della stanza.. molto gentile, molto professionale tutti i giorni.. In camera si può trovare tutto quello che ha bisogno. Molto comodo e pulito. Il bagno è grande e tutte le strutture. Le carte menu nelle stanze erano solo in turco.no inglese. Il mio amico ci ha ordinato un po'di servizio in camera, cibo è stato bello e troppo.

Dal momento che sono andato in terrazza, personale di valet 10/10. Il personale di ricezione era eccellente, ho ricevuto un controllo di aggiornamento è stato facile 10/10. L'odore dell'hotel (molto importante) l'ha automaticamente fatto sentire e sembrare pulito, era bellissimo scentato 10/10. La mia stanza era vista sulla Seta Road 1003, bagno guardaroba letto lounge tutto era un 10/10. Prima buona notte di sonno ho avuto in Turchia da quando sono venuto dall'Australia. Benvenuto in piatto di giorno.Colazione 10/10. La cena era notevole musica in diretta 10/10. La zuppa di alaca era deliziosa. Mantenimento della casa e checkout perfetto 10/10
