It was a wonderful stay. The hotel management was excellent, and the room was in great condition. I want to give a special mention to Miss Gotanda 五反田, who guided me after check-in. Her detailed explanations and warm smile set a positive tone even before I checked in. The hotel's hot spring overlooks Sakurajima volcano, enjoy hot spring while watching the sunrise was a truly delightful experience. I will definitely come back again next time.

We love this hotel so much. The breakfast is so yummy and the bed is very comfortable too. The hot spring is superb. The view is beautiful even if rainy weather.

The hotel itself felt to be a little too rich and classy than what I’m normally used to (not a bad thing). I didn’t give the full 5 for location mainly since the hotel sits on top of a hill within the city, walking is kinda out of question unless your up for winding incline up and down the hill. There are included transportations though which is nice and the trade off being the gorgeous views of the city and volcano (sakurajima) that sits across the water. There are also included restaurants, stores, bath, lounges, and even a convenience store built into the hotel too which was nice.

My wife and I really loved the Onsen with a view of Sakurajima as published. Onsen cleanliness was good too. Buffet breakfast was so complete with both Japanese and western style. Free shuttle is quite frequent although still took some time to get to town nonetheless. But overall we loved our stay!

酒店在城山山上，如果從鹿兒島中央站打車是75塊人民幣。或者可以到圖3這個位置坐酒店大巴，大巴就是圖6這個顏色的車。每個半小時都有一輛。 酒店的早餐很豐富，一定要預訂一下，有日式和西式早餐自助。泡澡的話，大廳有啤酒和牛奶等，也有個購物的超市，可以用付款寶。這個狗狗的掛件是最全的。

酒店本身的水準是在線的，作為老牌酒店。但在定酒店的時候，單人房有兩種選擇，其中便宜的那種是有遮攔的，我選擇的是無遮攔的房型，但酒店最後給我的房間窗外如圖所示是有遮擋的。另外酒店的平日晚餐要預約也就算了，連吃箇中午飯不預約就不招待真是糟糕透了。先是在中餐廳掃興，接着在樓下日本料理也如此，最後衹好麪包店買個麪包充饑，室內還沒吃麪包的地方，還要到外面去。總的來説，不推薦，去喜來登吧。
