Esperienza di alloggio molto buona, proprio vicino alle piramidi Siamo stati qui per 2 giorni La prima notte ho alloggiato in una casa di 35 metri quadrati. Il giorno successivo sono passato ad una suite con vista sulle piramidi, che era di 45 metri quadrati. L'esperienza è davvero fantastica e il prezzo è molto conveniente È stato un soggiorno molto confortevole.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.

We loved our stay at Saray! Beautiful room, epic view, amazing breakfast & wonderful staff. We also booked many tours through the front desk - beach buggy trip, Nile River dinner cruise & full day Cairo/Giza/Pyramid & Sphinx tour with a guide. The prices were inflated & additional fees were still expected but the convenience made it all worth it.

If you want to be close to the pyramids, this hotel is well located. It's on a quiet street that is only a short drive from the GEM and Giza pyramids. However, there is nothing around the hotel and it's not pleasant to walk. The view from the rooftop and restaurant is nice, but not really from the rooms. Although I could see the pyramids from my room, there was a lot in the way and the windows were small and in the corner. My friends had the nice room with the windows on two walls, but there view still wasn't all that great. The pictures of the rooms make them look better than they really are. The staff are friendly and breakfast is great.

真的離譜！照騙就算了，明明定的雙床房，入住的時候非要一個人多加 20 刀，根本不解釋的就是強行加價，明擺就是坑外國人。然後房間一股甲醛味，居然還停電了，廁所沒有燈衹能抹黑洗漱，前台説這很正常，還好沒説用電也要收錢。周圍是個大農村，周邊都是大工地，荒郊野嶺的，人也很兇那種，嚇得我衹好認栽。總之這個埃及旅遊真的處處是坑，這個最坑沒有之一，千萬別來啊勸退勸退！

이그제티브 피라미드 앤 뮤지움뷰에서 숙박했어요. 방 넓고 에어컨도 시원하고 좋아요 루프탑 식당에서 피라미드와 박물관이 보입니다 박물관까지는 길만 잘 건너면 걸어갈 수 있어요

Déconseillé totalement. Prenez la chambre basique. ET ENCORE ! L'hôtel a différentes qualités que nous pourrions rechercher en tant qu'européen. Si nous pouvions mettre 1 uniquement, nous le ferions. Ma femme et moi avions réservé la chambre de luxe avec le jacuzzi pendant 3 nuits pour les vacances tant attendues. Nous avions mis le prix en pensant que cela allait être bien, au moins 2 fois plus cher ! C'était le prix principal de notre voyage. Quelle déception quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre en voyant que: 1. Le jacuzzi est très mal placé et mal réglé. Nous arrosions tous les rideaux sans le faire exprès, et mettions de l'eau partout car pas du tout bien pensé. 2. Aucune pression dans le chauffe eau. Impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude. Donc pas possible d'utiliser le jacuzzi. Donc nous avons payé un supplément pour rien. Impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude aussi constamment à la douche. Cool pour 90€ la nuit. 3. Après 2 jours de plaintes, nous avons eu un peu mieux, mais toujours impossible d'utiliser convenablement le jacuzzi. 4. Pauvres en fourniture de savons gel douche etc. On dirait qu'ils font des économies sur tout. 5. Nous avons demandé gentiment s'ils pouvaient faire un geste pour les désagréments, comme au moins nous rembourser la différence avec la chambre de base. RIEN DU TOUT. 6. Les services proposés comme les excursions sont extrêmement chères. A eviter. Vous croyez quoi ? Être riche et fournir un service à ce prix est convenable ? C'est bien au dessus du marché pour rien. 150€/personne pour le voyage à Alexandrie quand on a eu 75€ avec un guide très sympa que nous avons même invité au restaurant. Vous allez avoir une mauvaise réputation. Nous attendons un geste de votre part.

Ein sauberes Hotel in guter Lage zu den Pyramiden und dem Grand Egyptian Musem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überraschend vielfältig. Leider sind alle warmen Speisen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr kalt - schade. Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel dort und es war abends/nachts erwartungsgemäß kalt. Größtes Manko: Es gibt keine Heizung in den Zimmern. In der ersten Nacht haben wir tatsächlich gefroren. Ein mobiler Heizlüfter war nicht verfügbar. Das Restaurant ist durchaus ok und auch die einzige Möglichkeit vor Ort. Die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist "schwierig". Das Servicepersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und tatsächlich sieht man vom Dachgeschoss aus auf die Pyramiden!

很不錯的，特別是餐廳的廚師先生，為我講解他做的每一道美食，就像很自豪的介紹自己的每一個孩子一樣。周圍不像開羅市區嘈雜，天台可以看到金字塔的，值得推薦

房間大而且乾淨，主要是服務特別的好。

在吉薩泉算是不錯的酒店了，服務也很好

Guzel iyi hotel

Am not sure we're to start, I was really looking forward to this hotel, paid extra for pyramid view,wouldn't borther, you could see top of the pyramid but sofa was facing opposite way it was point less, wasn't best of being clean shower head was hanging out roof, was 3 of us in this room we had to wait till water went down as was flooding, spoke to reception told us we could change rooms never happened then next day waited again for them to offer us one bed room when there is me,my daughter age 17 and my partner.. Told them tofor get it.. rooms never got cleaned every day Was toothpaste all over the walls, in holder, sink had marks on it, telephone, lamp wasn't dusted Had to ask every day for towels,toilet rolls,was noghtmare breakfast wasn't the best,had 2slice toast for full hotle can oder room service food is ok, Can buy soft drinks on roof top, on leaving early hour's was younge lad who ran up to are room my only guess was to see if we left tip for cleaners but for first time I never room wasn't the best, but I did leave toiletries, party bits alcohol what the cleaners won't even get a look if the boys try to take your cases running to the rooms when leaving shocking teamwork.. Hotle is loud at night Location nothing near by not even shops,or restaurants there is sweet shop next to hotle but omg her price list is made up so expensive... Need to get taxi everywhere, Staff was lovely especially restaurant ones, This hotle is ok if staying 2 days no more,..

Amazing view, very nice and helpful staff ! Great location and amazing view of the pyramids from the roof too where we had dinner every night. The place is run by a very welcoming family , they make sure you have a everything you want.Thanks...
