Aydinbey Queen's Palace & Spa - All Inclusive

Horrible experience. Food was bad. Drinks was bad. And to add we was invited to a beach party with the entertainment team at the cost of 10Euros. We was told this party was 10 minutes away turned out it was almost 40 miles away. Some scousers on the bus asked to turn back as they didn’t agree to this being this far.. this resulted in one of the staff snatching a phone off a woman which then resulted in a brawl on the bus as the woman was extremely angry. I would not like to cross her put it that way. We ended up in a club not a beach we asked to leave but was told the bus had a return time booked. We had to find our own way back at cost of ourselfs.

Where do I start on this hotel. Large family of us was invited to a beach party by pool entertainment staff— OZZY! Was told this was a 10 min journey When we got on the bus we was on the bus for around 40 mins when u flagged with ozzy he kept repeating 20 more minutes. Girls on the bus desperate to stop for the toilet all refused. I was then physically attacked by ozzy grabbing a phone from my hand and twisting my arm. This caused an argument but they still refused to stop the bus. We then had to pick non hotel guests up in presuming these was ozzys friends. On arrival to the club after a 10 min hike I asked them where the beach was as they promised a beach party we was in a huge techno club. The response I got was being screamed at shouting he will have me removed this is when my brother had to step in. The two entertainment staff was also asking us to get them whisky & cokes from the all inc bar at the hotel! We was treated absolutely disgusting and I was left with a bruise to my arm. On arrival back to the hotel at 4.30am we was promised 2am we were then asked by ozzy and friend to back them up to hotel manager as he had already had a report of this from others that had taken a taxi back to the hotel! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

!!BEACH VERY FAR AWAY (I AM NOT REFFERING ONLY TO THE DISTANCE FROM HOTRL TO BEACH) - EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE SHUTTLE BUS FROM 20 TO 20 MINUTES, FROM THE SHUTTLE BUS STATION TO BEACH, YOU STILL HAVE QUITE A LOT TO SUNBEDS TO WALK - ABOUT 10 MINUTES WALK. !! BAR BEACH - OPEN FROM 10 AM OR 11 AM TILL 3 OR 4 PM - SO, WHEN PEOPLE ARE COMING TO BEACH FROM 8 AM -11 AM, THE BEACH BAR IS CLOSED:))) AND FROM 4PM TO 6PM SAME:))THEY ARE DOING THAT INTENTIONALLY - TO GIVE AS LESS AS POSSIBILE BEVERAGES AND FOOD ON THE BEACH. SO, MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BEACH IN THE MORNING AND EVENING DUE TO THE HEAT. STILL, THEY "CALCULATED" THAT, SO, THR BEACH BAR WILL BE OPENED WHEN THERE ARE ONLY A FEW PEOPLE ON THE BEACH:)) + FOOD VERY GOOD (BUT ONLY FOOD) Baverages middle - even though we had ultra all inclusive I didn't see any INTERNATIONAL BAVERAGES, AS THEY PROMOTE "ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE" + ENTARTAINMENT FOR KIDS - EVERY NIGJT AND GOOD MUSIC FOR KIDS AT KIDS DISCO (KIDS DISCO IS EVERY EVENING FROM 8:30PM-9:00PM) !!SERVICES = ZERO - YOU HAVE TO "BEG" THEM TO MAKE CLEAN IN YOUR ROOM EVERY DAY OR TO BRING YOU NEW TOWELS. !!ENGLISH =ZERO - FROM THE STAFF, NOT EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING AT THE RECEPTION ARE SPEAKING ENGLISH. ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE FROM STAFF ARE TOTALLY DISCONNECTED FROM ENGLISH. PRICES VERY HIGH AT ALL THE SHOPS IN ANTALYA - LAST BUT NOT LEAST - WATCH OUT THE SHOPS FROM STREETS AND TAXI'S- THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF - 1 small bottle of water, even 2-3 euro. 1 biscuit packet, 3 euro:)). or 2km of going with taxi = 10 euro (which crazy). AND, UNFORTUNATELY, UBER AND BOLT IS NOT WORKING, AS THEY ARE NOT IN EUROPENIAN UNION. SO, YOU ARE FORCED TO TAKE THEIR TAXI. Or, if you are smart - rent a car better. AT ACVARIUM IN ANTALYA - THEY WILL MAKE YOU A PHOTO WHEN YOU ENTER - AND WHEN YOU GO PUT, THEY REQUEST FOR THST PHOTO 30-40 EUROS:)))CRAZYYY. AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT IT IS TOO MUCH, THEY SAYD "15 EURO?":))) SO TJRY DROPPED 50% IN 3 SECONDS..AND WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT EVEN 15 EUROS FOR 1 PHOTO IS AGAIN TOO MUCH, THEY SAYD 10 EURO:)))AND THEN, I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD PAY FOR 1 PHOTO, MAXIMUM 5 EURO, THEY PREFERRED TO GET RID OF THAT PHOTO AND NOT TAKING ANY MONEY FOR THAT, INSTEAD OF TAKING 5 EURO:)) SO, PAY ATTENTION - IN ANY SECONDS, IN ANY SITUATION OR LOCATION, THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU. Also, for clothes shops, were you can find only fake clothes & shoes, they start by requesting 50 euros for something, then, if you don't want, they drop at 30, then 20, and maybe you are lucky to get something at 10-15 euro. So, don't trust them at all - 1st price os about 6-7 times higher than the normal selling price. BE PREPARED - DON'T TRUST THEM. 99% OF THRMEM, ARE NOT TRUSTFUL PEOPLE.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Melissa at the reception is the rudest person you will ever meet. She is very unprofessional and will argue with you if you have any complaints. She will steal your things if you don't give her extra money.. She should be fired! The food and drink runs out at meal times and they don't restock. We couldn't access milk for our toddler. The tables are all full and it's difficult to find a spot at dinner. The hotel Is dirty. There is spillages all over with no spill sign which will make you fall. They have bed bugs. The shower lever falls off and no bath mat so you slip on the tiles too. The electric and a/c cuts out constantly, and when you leave your room the power goes off anyway so you can't store anything in the fridge and your phone is dead half the time. The staff are pushy and rude and call you names when you walk past as we googled what they were saying. No one speaks English so if you request cutlery or anything that runs out they don't help and walk off. There is so much more I can say about this hotel but I will speaking to the manager of the holiday package we booked with for a refund. Spend your money somewhere else that isn't falling apart and doesn't make you sick...

Where do I start.. oh, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Shocking customer service from the offset. Air conditioning didn’t work, went to reception to get some help, one week later, STILL no assistance with the issue! Language barrier between guests and staff. Tried getting some cereal at breakfast, no bowls, spoons or milk. Asked for some milk when I finally got a bowl, the response was “no speak English” and walked off. A friend walked into the kitchen in the end to ask for assistance. You wouldn’t believe the absolute state on the kitchen, food, flies and glass everywhere. (Most swept into the corner)!!! There was also flies on the food in the main restaurant. We were asked by entertainment staff “Ozzy” if we were wanted to go to a nightclub with them one night that was 15 minutes away. On the last but one night we decided to go. We were promised it was 15 minutes away, we would receive a drink and a shot in the club (included in the price) and transfers both ways. We met him at 11pm with the entertainment manager outside the hotel, they persuaded some scousers to join too (sold us all the dream). ONE HOUR later we were still driving to this “night club that was 15 minutes away”. Once they were called out at the fact that Ozzy had lied to us all, the entertainment manager became extremely aggressive to us all and Ozzy became very aggressive and snatched a phone out of someone’s hand. They wouldn’t stop for anyone to use the toilet after being asked three times. They decided that they we were going to a different club and removed the wristbands we had paid for. We then stopped to pick up their friends outside a random shop and they carried on with the journey. Once we arrived we had a 10 minute walk to the club and the manager started shouting once we were at the table due to him being called out for lying. I have a video of this. We decided to leave after 10 minutes as it was a scary situation to be in especially as we were in a different country. We had to pay for an hour long taxi to get back to our hotel and didn’t end up getting back until 3am!! This was explained to the hotel staff and they didn’t do anything about it!! DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

AVOID!!! During the night (2am) from outside and climbing onto the beds. After speaking with reception as well as the night manager they did absolutely nothing at all saying that all the rooms are booked leaving me and my friends with no room sleep in at 3am. Worst customer service and cleanliness. Rooms don't even get cleaned properly after requesting to get the room cleaned. Also woke up to a stream of ants everywhere and took a vidoe and showed staff and they couldnt care less! Staff are absolutely rude and do not care about guests.

This hotel is not 5 stars. It was absolutely not the rooms were fairly modern but not as clean as you would have liked until you kept badgering them to clean. The food was always soggy batch made and cold - I felt like I was eating cold soggy and oily food. I have stayed in a 4 star before and even they knew not to soak eggs in so much oil ! Sorry but I feel sick even talking about the smell of this food that was never fresh. The first night I asked why my room smelt like a sewer and the stuck up lady working on customer relations laughed and said you get what you pay for ! Never have I met such a rude and obnoxious person. These people think they owe you a favour as opposed to you coming on a holiday and paying thousands to be heavily dissappointed. I do not have anything positive to say but I know that there are branded 5 stars local if you are willing to pay the extra couple of hundred which in hindsight is nothing !

Where do I start? From start to finish, our experience with Aydinbey was Amazing!! The decor blew us away on arrival! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The food options are plenty! We particularly enjoyed the Beach Bar near the pool! There's something for everyone! The pools and nighttime entertainment are amazing! There's everything you could think of: a gym, Spa, shops, hairdressers, doctors; you name it, they have it! We are on our way home today and sad to be leaving! Thank you, Aydinbey, for the most incredible stay! We hope to use your services again in the future.
