The distance is approximately 0.3 miles, and the walk should take about 10–15 minutes, depending on your pace.
Ka'anapali Beach is a beautiful stretch of sand offering opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling. It's also close to various shops and restaurants in Whalers Village, making it a convenient destination for both relaxation and dining.

Kaanapali Royal does not offer free parking. There is a flat $154 parking fee per stay (not per day), which is paid when you register your vehicle at the Kaanapali Royal Office.
The one-time parking fee includes one parking space for your entire stay. A second vehicle must be approved in advance by the Kaanapali Royal manager. Golf carts and scooters are not permitted.

As you enter, you're immediately greeted with beautiful views straight through the living room and out to the lanai, where the Pacific Ocean and Royal Ka’anapali Golf Course stretch into the distance.
• To your left:
o A full-size washer and dryer closet
o Additional storage closet for beach gear or luggage
• To your right:
o The main floor bedroom suite with a California King bed, twin hide-a-bed, smart TV, and a full private bathroom
• Straight ahead:
o A spacious dining area with seating for six
o To the right, a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, filtered water faucet, and everything needed to prepare meals
• Two steps down leads to a sunken living room featuring:
o A sectional sofa and lounge chair
o 75” smart TV with streaming and Bluetooth options
o Sliding glass doors that open to the large lanai, with two dining tables (one seats 6, one seats 4) and beautiful sunset views
• The staircase next to the downstairs bedroom leads to the private upstairs master suite, complete with:
o California King bed, queen hide-a-bed, smart TV
o Full en-suite bathroom
o Stunning ocean views and plenty of natural light

Condo is better than the listing
Such an amazing week away with family. This condo has everything you could possibly need. Perfect Lanai for morning and evening hang outs. Natalie the owner was a pleasure to deal with. All around a 5 star holiday spot!

Aloha!
We had a wonderful 7 day stay at Kaanapali Royal! The condo was very clean and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids with the 2 master suites! Condo had everything we needed and was located close to the beach! We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. We definitely recommend this property

Great location
Everything as advertised. Lots of space as we had an adult family of 5. Views are great and centrally located to everything you need. Woukd recommend to any family looking for a great spot.

Lovely Trip

Very nice condo on a beautiful property
The condo was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo had a nice view of the property as well as the pool area and the ocean. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. The condo is walking distance to Whalers Village and Ka’anapali beach. We definitely will return to this condo in the future.

An incredible visit!!
I don’t know where to begin to rave about our experience! From the stocked kitchen to the amazing location to the comfy beds….. we had the trip of our lives. The living room is perfect for sitting and chatting about the days adventure. Whalers village for some nightlife, food, and shopping was a quick walk down the road!we felt at home and sooooo happy!!! Mahalo!!!
