1 overnachting , prima kamer, alles schoon, vriendelijk personeel.

Voor een hotel dat zo dichtbij de snelweg ligt, heb ik best goed geslapen. Daarnaast was het ontbijt goed verzorgd en was er aardig personeel.

Ik kon de hele nacht niet slapen door de lawaai van de auto’s in snelweg. Elke dag komt schoonmaker naar je kamer maar de Vuile handdoeken worden niet vervangen! Heel slechte kussen die je helemaal niet lekker voelt tijdens slapen! koude kamer. De verwachting ligt onder achter de bureau en daar kan je alleen warm voelen, Geen koffie apparaat in de kamer en de water koker was heel vies! Mooie restaurant maar voor iemand die vegetarisch is niet veel keuze gemaakt! Sommige personeels waren lief maar ook staat iemand bij de receptie die onwelkome gevoel aan je geeft!

Verouderd hotel. Maar voor 1 nacht goed

I have stayed at this Hotel in the past. It is an excellent value for money Hotel. The breakfast is good for the price. Conveniently located near the motorway. Nice helpful staff.

All the staff I came into contact with was brilliant. Am sorry I only spent 1 night there. The hotel rooms are basic but comfortable.

We stayed here last year but this time it was a very different experience. The biggest issue was that we left our room, fully locked at 10am the first morning and arrived back at 7pm to find our room door wide open. These are motel rooms, the doors are on the outside of the building and can be accessed by anyone passing by. We immediately panicked assuming our room had been broken into and started checking for passports, keys, money etc. Luckily nothing had been taken so we immediately went to report that we assumed the room attendant had left our door open after it had been made up that morning. No manager was available and we were asked to speak to a duty manager the following day. The staff were apologetic and agreed it was not acceptable but we were left feeling upset and shaken and requested not to have our room cleaned again. Secondary to this, our vegan/dairy free requirements had been met last year at breakfast which was a reason we'd rebooked. They'd offered vegan cheese, plant based milk and even veggie sausages when we'd asked. This time, the chef suggested we try the eggs (not vegan), the normal cheese (also not vegan) or the cereal (dry i'm assuming as there was no milk alternatives when I asked) So having already prepaid almost 14 euros each, per day for breakfast when I booked the hotel, we were left with bread, cucumber, tomatoes and pineapple slices. I cant remember the last time i felt so ripped off.
